Tempe Oasis with Spa/Heated Pool!!

SLEEPING AREAS:
Master suite with king-size bed and private full bathroom
Two private bedrooms with a queen size bed each
Sectional couch in the family room offers a pull-out queen-size bed
One full guest bathroom

COMMON AREAS:
Large kitchen with all your cooking needs adjoining the great room, living room, and a fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available. (Children’s supplies such as highchair and pack n play are available upon request at booking)

SMOKING:
Smoking or vaping of any kid is not permitted inside the house. If any smoke is detected, there will be a $565 smoke remediation fee.

PARKING:
Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles. Additional overnight street parking outside the home only.

75” HDTV in living room
65” HDTV in great room
55” HDTV in Master Suite

POOL:
Heating Optional - the swimming pool is not normally heated and may take up to 12-16 hours to get up to desired temperature (varies with weather). Please let us know at booking time if you are interested in the heated pool option as pricing varies by season. Pool will be heated up to 80 degrees and spa will be heated to your liking. Pool and spa automatically shut down at midnight.

PETS:
Allowed, up to 35 lbs. ***Larger service dogs allowed upon pre-approval. ***

Security Cameras: There are 3 outside security cameras, all facing outwards. Garage, Doorbell, and in the backyard (far back corner of the house)

Far Back corner of the house - facing the common side gate entrance to the pool *for safety* as it’s not fenced and to monitor the landscapers and pool maintenance company, which have common access.

SUPPLIES:
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items.

Loud parties are not permitted. Neighborhood quiet time starts at 10:00PM. Feel free to keep enjoying the backyard space, but please keep the noise to minimum.
