In the evenings, picture yourself lulled to sleep with the sounds of waves lapping the sands below and kissed by gentle ocean breezes coming through the open sliding glass doors. Or relax in the comfortable king bed and take in the twinkling stars above the waves with your loved one. The back bedroom locks off for extra privacy and has AC for your comfort when you need some me-time. Spend long fun days in the sun on the beach, or at the pool, or adventuring around the Valley Isle, and return to Mana Kai 803 to take in another beautiful South Maui sunset on your private lanai. Mana Kai is around a 5 minute drive from Kihei Town's activities, shopping and dining and also about a 6-8 minute drive to the luxurious beaches and resorts of Wailea.

If by chance the cleaners missed a small detail, please contact our 24x7 support line so we have an opportunity to resolve.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.

IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
