This spacious 3,400 sq. ft. home comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests and offers the perfect mix of indoor comfort and outdoor fun. Whether you are planning a family vacation, girls getaway, birthday celebration, family reunion, holiday gathering, baby shower, or weekend retreat, D’Ultimate Getaway gives you plenty of space to spread out, relax, and enjoy quality time together.

Conveniently located on the northwest side of San Antonio between Loop 410 and Loop 1604, the property offers easy access to SeaWorld, Six Flags, shopping, restaurants, and everything San Antonio has to offer — while still giving you the peaceful privacy of your own 5-acre estate.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home, pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, patio areas, basketball hoop, kids play area, and surrounding acreage.

No spaces are shared with other guests. You will have complete privacy during your stay.

Please note that a few closets and the garage are reserved for housekeeping supplies.

Other Things to Note

• The pool can be heated upon request at no additional charge. Because it requires extra electricity, we do ask guests to let us know in advance if they would like the pool heated for their stay.
• Child-friendly items, including a high chair and Pack ’n Play, are available.
• We are happy to help customize your stay with decorations, extra fans, and other special requests whenever possible.
• The guest who books the property is responsible for any damages during the stay.
• This is not a party house. Unauthorized parties, loud noise, or disruptive behavior are not allowed.
• Please respect our neighbors and community during your stay.

Nice property but bad location

We enjoyed the house and amenities provided but the location was not the best or safest area of San Antonio. The pool and patio area were nice but the property was on a steep hill so you did not have access to 5 acres as described. We did not use the basketball goal because of the drop off. There were many wasps outdoors that we had to try to avoid. They were all over the swing set so we sprayed as best we could but avoided that as well. Would be nice if they had a pantry for our many groceries. The master bedroom had a private bath but the other 3 bedrooms upstairs had to share 1 bathroom. Overall, it was a nice stay with only some inconveniences.

While the house is situated on a hill to take advantage of the beautiful views, we understand that this may not be ideal for everyone. The five acres do include hilly terrain, which adds to the natural charm and privacy of the location. We apologize for the wasps and will ensure more regular pest control to address this issue. We appreciate your suggestion about the pantry space. I’ll make sure to label the pantry space next to the stove, and there's ample cabinet space next to the refrigerator and island for groceries. Regarding the bathrooms, we strive to provide accurate descriptions and apologize if this caused any inconvenience during your stay.
