Granite counters in kitchen and renovated baths add style and function to this lovely home.
The Space:
Onsite amenities include a large pool, club house, fitness center and parking. Pet friendly. Close proximity to grocery, pharmacy, services and restaurants. The nearby Legacy Trail provides a 15.7 mile scenic path to enjoy a walk, run or bike. It's just a short walk for breakfast at Der Dutchman or dinner at 'The Parrot' on Beneva. This is a perfect retreat for snowbirds or professionals working from paradise.

Refundable Pet Deposit: A refundable pet fee of $200 will be charged for any length of stay. This fee is intended to cover any potential damages or additional cleaning that may be required after your departure. Upon satisfactory inspection of the room or premises, the pet fee will be fully refunded.

No Parties: The house is intended for quiet and peaceful stays, and hosting parties or large gatherings is not allowed. Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.
