Step inside the bright and airy main floor with an amazing outdoor space with pool, outdoor fireplace and it's very own bar and grilling area with 2 BBQs! Perfect place for outdoor activities with a fenced in yard great for the family. Did someone say "boat or jet-skis?" You said it. This house comes equipped with its own private boat dock with 2 jet ski ports!

Easy living with spacious ranch style ambiance with a gourmet kitchen, cozy den with fireplace and two dining areas.

Be amazed by the 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor including the main suite with a private Jacuzzi tub and dual showers! Just open the blinds or step out on the balcony for amazing views of Lake Norman.

Come downstairs and experience an amazing vibe, perfect for life on the lake with a BEAUTIFUL BAR and GREAT ENTERTAINING space for friends and family.

Beautiful home on Lake Norman

The check in process was easy and our host even let us check in a couple of hours early. The home was perfect for our family of 9 and allowed us enough space to spread out on the couple of rainy days we experienced. The kitchen was well prepped with everything we needed to cook a few meals at the house. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels for all of us. The back patio was very nice overlooking the pool.

Relaxing stay

Traveling in from out of state for a family wedding nearby, this was the perfect place to stay! Absolutely beautiful, spacious, inside and outside. A relaxing, memorable vacation with family! We would stay again!

Making memories - Lake Norman

We had a long list of "boxes" to check off for a great family vacation and this property and management exceeded our expectations. We brought our boat from Ohio and family from 3 states to a house that entertained us from check-in to check-out. Beautiful home with great accomdations. We look forward to coming back again.

A Gem on Lake Norman

Our family of 5 rented this home to be together for Thanksgiving. We came from all over the country. House was a fantastic place for us to unite. Everyone had their own bedroom, kitchen is nice and spacious. It got quite cold that weekend, so unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the outdoors. However the fireplace kept us all warm and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing Space During Family Reunion

This was a great place! We have 8 adults and 1 teen and plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone! The host is wonderful and very responsive and I definitely felt like we could reach out to him with any questions or issues. I highly recommend it!

Nice, fun, and relaxing

We had a great time. The pool was wonderful. The back deck made it nice to enjoy a cup of coffee and enjoy looking at pool and lake. The house was equipped with everything and more. Only thing I would suggest is a few more chairs on the deck. Host was very nice. I would recommend this house. We have grown kids, so the king and queen beds were great.

Birthday Weekend

Our family got together to celebrate a birthday. We had 9 of us and there was plenty of room for all!. We loved the pool and the view of the lake was beautiful. We rented a boat and it was very easy to get from the boat rental to the dock at the lake house. Communication with the host was fantastic. He responded right away whenever we had a question! Great area by the pool for grilling and loved that there were plenty of bathrooms for all!. We will definitely stay here again! Suzanne

Ready To Go Again

We do a family vacation every year. 11 people total in my family plus my sister and her family had a place nearby. Private Pool was the highlight of the week for the kids. We took our pontoon boat so boating and fishing every day. We did theme nights which included a glow night, fiesta night, game night, and a birthday celebration. The house, pool and Lake were our activities for the week and no one got bored. House and pool was clean and homey with enough space for everyone to have privacy and down time when needed. All of us are ready to go back!!

Our family vacation

The house is beautiful and the pool was great. The first two days we had sun so we swam, made s’mores in the outside fireplace and enjoyed the outside kitchen. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain the week we stayed but the house had so much, a playroom with games, a bar and several tv’s so we had fun anyway. We even swam in the rain one day. Lol. The owner Keith was the nicest person I think we have ever rented from. He was so quick to get back to me on anything I had to ask. I mean lightening quick. This house and property will not disappoint. It’s beautiful. Hopefully we can come back one day. Thanks again Keith.

Great weekend at the lake!

We had 6 adults and an infant and found the house to be spacious and clean. Spent most of our time on the lake and by/in the pool - both were lovely. Host is extremely helpful and responsive.

Plenty of room!

We gathered our immediate family to unwind and relax; and that we did! The house is close to shopping and some restaurants. The pool was well used as well as the outside fire hearth. Glad we booked it. Thank you again for quick responses to our questions.

Perfect Location

The house was amazing. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 energetic kids! The outside pool area was great for hanging out at. We rented a pontoon boat for our stay and kept it right at the dock. Keith was great to work with, very responsive and answered all our questions. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for us. We had 3 families. The largest family (5) stayed upstairs and had their own balcony, kitchen, playroom, bathrooms etc. (The only slight negative was the internet was difficult during our stay - problems with the TVs & computers getting signals. Fortunately, we weren't inside much.)

Wonderful property

My family and I stayed at Lake Norman for a long weekend. This property was clean, very well stocked with coffee, cooking supplies, etc. The owner was very responsive after getting locked out, even willing to drive two hours to let me in on a Saturday night. Overall wonderful stay!
