We ensure high standard for cleaning & sanitation! The space is curated to accommodate all kinds of travelers, whether you want a staycation with your family & want to enjoy a picnic day with your kids or furry friends or even an intimate evening with loved ones in our private yard, we got you covered! If you're here for business, our internet connection has been proven reliable for remote work.
The bedrooms with queen-sized bed and a queen sofa bed for maximum occupancy of 4 per unit so you & your guests can sleep comfortably! There are 4 units in the building and the unit can accommodate maximum of 16 people. We care about comfortability for all our guests, so count on it that even your furry pal can also sleep comfortably on the dog bed (one out of the many pet amenities we provide!).
The kitchen in each 1 bedroom unit is fully equipped with all that you need. If there's anything apart from the basics that you need to cook the delicious menu for your stay, we're a message away! The best part, you get to enjoy coffee on us! There's also a community fire pit with a fire pit grate.
To complete the Welgo experience, my team is available 24/7 to attend to your messages and needs!
You will have access to the whole building including the private yard.

The University of Arizona is 5 min walk. 4 min or $7 uber ride to downtown. There are also some restaurants, Safeway, and gas stations walking distance.

Guests must successfully pass this screening for us to confirm their stay. This process helps us maintain the quality and security of our property, ensuring peace of mind for both our guests and us. Email: Verification to ensure the email address is valid, deliverable, and not temporary or disposable.
Phone: Verification to confirm the phone number is valid, deliverable, and not disposable.
Watchlist: A check against our insurance list of guests who have previously caused damage and not taken responsibility for it.

- Please let us know if your sweet pet needs a crate, doggie toys, bowls, scooper, or anything during your stay so we can prepare it for you
- You must accept the request for a $200 pet cleaning fee for stays 3 nights and less
- Additional $60 for an extra dog
- 3+ nights the pet fee = $60/night/dog
- Limited to 4 dogs (below 40 lbs each)
- A friendly reminder that this unit might be a little tight for two dogs
- Pet to be up-to-date on vaccinations
- Pick up after them
- Must be house trained/potty trained
- Pets are NOT allowed on FURNITURE
- No fenced yard for pets. Must be leashed on the property at all times
- Your dog/s must be with you at all times. Leaving your dog/s unattended (meaning not crated or kenneled) will result in vacating the premises
- You assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by your dog/s and agree to pay additional amounts shall this occur
- If excessive pet noise (barking) is disturbing to the neighbors you must quiet the situation

**Failure to follow pet rules may result in a $1000 fine and vacating premises**
