I was in town to attend a UofA graduation with my wife and grandparents. This was a nice location to be near the ceremonies and was a perfect size and space for it. Clean place with thoughtful touches - eg spices & coffee filters in the kitchen and laundry detergents by thexwasing machine
Great place to stay when visiting northwest Tucson. This was our 2nd stay in this home, and it was just as good as a year ago. Being able to use the gargage is a great perk compared to many other places.
House was as advertised. Quiet neighborhood with close proximity to grocery store, restaurants and downtown Tucson. Also close to Saguaro National Park. Ane very responsive to any questions we had. Would stay here again.
We enjoy our stay in this home and appreciated the easy check-in process. The place was clean and well appointed, and the yard was great for stargazing. The only negative, and this is beyond the control of the owner, was the light trespass from the neighborâs yard.
We stayed here for a short family visit over the 2023 Christmas holidays. The house was clean and well equipped. The kitchen, in particular, had everything we could possibly have wanted for preparing meals. We really appreciated that one of the bedrooms was set up as a dedicated office space - a rare find in a short-term rental. The neighborhood is pleasant, quiet, and walkable, while just a few minutes drive to grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the mountain view from the backyard. There were a few minor maintenance issues - some worn-out outdoor furniture and a couple of inoperable window blinds - which the owner has indicated will be fixed. All of the indoor furniture was in excellent condition and appeared to be nearly new, as were the laundry machines and dishwasher. We will definitely stay here again on future visits to Tucson.
Our family of five spent 3 nights here for a Thanksgiving celebration. The well equipped kitchen, quiet backyard, BBQ grille, swing and living room couches made for a relaxing time of being together. Great stay!
