Charming Capitola Beach Cottage located on Lawn Way in the heart of Capitola Village. Just steps from the Capitola Beach, restaurants, wine bars and cute shops. Our updated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom beach house sleeps 2 guests. Includes newly updated furnishings with full kitchen, inside laundry, two smart TV's and Wifi. Our location is ideal for a relaxing getaway at the beach with everything you need within a short walk. Step right out of your front door on to "Lawn Way", where you can relax in the sun in the open grassy space. Or, grab our beach chairs and within just a few steps you're at the beach. Two night minimum stay. We offer one parking pass that exempts you from paid parking for your stay. Once you park your car, you will likely not need to leave as most everything you need is in the Village!

Great little place for my daughter and I to stay for a weekend water polo tournament. So close to the beach and the amazing little Capitola center. Much more comfortable than a hotel for around the same price.

What an awesome stay. I have limited mobility but the location was perfect. We were able to comfortably walk wherever we wanted to go. Close enough to spend the day at the beach and walk back for drink refills, snacks and bathroom breaks. Well stocked with everything you could want. Definitely stop at Gayle's for delicious foods for every meal. Sandwiches, salads and still dreaming of their quiche. Ready to go, no cooking! And the pastries are to die for.

This cozy cottage is literally steps to the beach, shops and restaurants. And when you come home it's quiet. Once you park with the permit you don't need to leave. Be aware that in the weekends and in summer you might have to park a few blocks away. What a pleasure to stay in this historical family home that is a key part of Capitola's history.

Can’t beat the location!

Our family loves Capitola! The Lawn House was just as described and you can’t beat the location. Steps from the beach and all the shops and restaurants. This would be a great spot for a couple. Highly recommend!
