I would just like to address the points you have raised.Firstly you were sent all the details for your stay address, codes to enter the complex and home and management company contacts via email.I have read receipts on all my emails and the email was delivered and read the following day after it was sent which was 5 days prior to your stay. If you didn’t receive any details how did you have the address to even get there as this isn’t given out until prior to ur stay normally 4/5 days before via email..Also who sets off on vacation without having any address or info they need to access the property surely you would make contact if you haven’t received any information before you set off so you know where your going??! Also unfortunately I can’t control what the neighbours do in their own homes. I emailed you 2 days into your stay to ask you if everything was ok with the villa and your response was “it’s lovely everything is good” I can copy and paste this if need be If you had found mould like you said you had I’m sure your the sort of person to let me know that. Also when you complained 5 days into your stay of the pool heat not working I told you to contact the management company which you did(I find it bizarre that you had their number as you said you didn’t receive any information prior to your stay containing their number ??) The management company sent the pool company out that day to check everything (you were out) and they sent a report saying it was working fine it just wasn’t getting as hot as it had due to the outside temperature dropping considerably snd you did see the report of that visit to which at the time you didn’t have a problem with.This is the reason I didn’t offer you a refund for the 3 days you said it wasn’t warm. Your reply to me not offering you a refund was and I quote which again I can copy and paste for people to see was “Your a scam artist and horrible human being” I think the reply you gave me explains clearly what sort of individual you are!

Thankyou for your review we have not responded until now as I wanted to wait until we were out there ourselves and be able to inspect every point that as been raised. None of the beds have got 2 mattresses on ,beds in the USA have a bed frame and a box system that the mattress sits on. Totally disagree with your points on the sofa.The sofa is less than 18 months old and has been very rarely used due to corvid and having limited guests.After your comments we got in touch with the furniture company and arranged for them to come out while we were here.On our arrival we had to cancel the appointment as there is nothing wrong with the sofa at all.Really disappointed with our cleaners and management company that you found damp clothing, we rely heavily on them making sure things are right and we totally accept that this isn’t good enough and can only apologise. Comments about the plates and cutlery we really can’t see where your coming from on this one.Apart from the odd plastic cups that guests have left(which have now been thrown away).Not that it needs to but all the plates and cutlery match as they all came from the same place. On our arrival the pool area was imaculate it was only painted in November by my husband so after questioning the management and pool cleaners they said we have had heavy rain recently which sometimes leaves residue on the pool deck. I’m not so sure which agent you are referring to as our management company don’t have any females working for them so I would be interested to know who the SHE is you had arranged to meet. I’m really sorry that you feel that these points have made your stay disappointing but you have had my contact details the whole time and none of these points were raised to me until you decided to discredit our villa with your negative review.
