Notre villa de luxe exécutive entièrement climatisée avec 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains est située à 3 minutes de la route populaire US192, à proximité de toutes les attractions et des restaurants.

Belle piscine privée chauffée, entièrement filtrée, avec des meubles de patio de luxe et des chaises longues, une table et des chaises relaxantes fournies pour dîner à l'extérieur.

Il y a une véranda couverte pour quand le soleil devient trop chaud.

Salle de jeux avec table de billard gratuite, tennis de table gratuit et jeu de fléchettes électronique gratuit.

La villa dispose également d'une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit gratuite et d'un accès Internet.

Appels téléphoniques locaux, régionaux et internationaux gratuits.

La maison dispose d'un coin salon avec de nombreux sièges, des tables d'appoint et un centre de divertissement avec une télévision LCD de 47 pouces et des télévisions dans toutes les chambres.

Utilisation gratuite de l'équipement pour bébé, y compris lit bébé / lit de voyage, chaise haute, siège haut et poussette Disney.

La chambre principale a un lit queen-size, donnant sur la piscine, plus la salle de bain attenante offre un accès depuis la piscine pour plus de commodité. Il y a aussi une chambre Queen supplémentaire, deux chambres à lits jumeaux (une une chambre Disney) et une salle de bains familiale.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO and would absolutely recommend it.John was a fantastic host. He was very communicative and provided all the necessary information clearly and promptly, which made everything easy from start to finish. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and lovely, with plenty of space for our whole family to spread out and relax.Unfortunately, it was too cold during our stay to enjoy the pool. Without us even asking, John proactively offered to refund the pool heating fee, which was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated.The location was another big plus. The home is close to Legoland and Disney, and it’s easily accessible from major roads, making it very convenient for getting around.Overall, this was a great experience with an attentive host and a comfortable, well-located home. We would happily stay here again.

My husband and I spent 10 days at this villa. The pool was perfect for us. House was wonderful and had all amenities needed. The owner was very responsive to our questions during and before the holiday. Will definitely stay here again.

Great 4 bed villa near to Disney

Really enjoyed our family stay at this clean, tidy and practically laid out villa, near to the Disney parks. We liked the location of the villa, the child safe heated pool, the comfortable lounge, the functional kitchen, plenty of towels, the villa alarm and fun games room. Also great communication with the owner. Look forward to booking again.

Perfect Holiday Villa

Exactly as advertised and perfect location. 15 minutes from Disney Parks and 2 minutes from supermarket made this an ideal launching pad for all Orlando adventures John couldn’t have been more helpful with various questions I threw at him. Sun was on pool all afternoon evening which is just how you would want it.

Very Nice!

We stayed on this property during Cheerleading Nationals. Very clean, property owner very accommodating and friendly. Lot of things for the kiddos to do with the pool table, ping pong table and pool. We had a great time and look forward to staying here again!

Had a great stay!

We had a great time staying at this property. It was roomy despite being a smaller bungalow and we appreciated the 4 bedrooms as we're a family of 6. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool so we were thankful we paid to heat the pool. They also enjoyed the games room in the garage. The onsite laundry was a huge help for a longer stay. We had all the amenities we needed and John made sure to keep in touch to ensure our stay was going well. Would definitely recommend and thanks for a great trip!

Amazing place to stay

We were a family of 5 persons, parents plus 3 kids by the age of 3, 6 and 8 and we LOVED the house. As we had tired kids after visiting theme parks etc., it was SO nice to be able to cook at home and the kitchen is super well functioning and had all the equipment you need. The owner was also super nice in guiding us and responding fast to the questions we had before arrival and before leaving. When we go to Orlando next time, we will most definitely go for renting this house again. Thank you John and family! Br Sif

Family friendly atmosphere

This property is just a short 20-25 minute drive to all the major theme parks in the area and less than 5 minutes from Walmart. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us. The pool was spotless and we loved that it is screened in to keep the bugs out. The older ones loved ending the night listening to music while playing pool or ping pong in the garage and it was located in a spot that wouldn’t bother the sleeping children.

Nice house in a good location, but hot!

The house was very clean and in a nice area close to stores and restaurants. The pool was very clean and enjoyable. The only downsides were that the thermostat was locked and it was miserably hot at night, to the point where nobody slept well even with multiple fans running. I would not stay here in the summer again because of that. The house had some basic necessities stocked but had no extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc. We were constantly having to go out and buy more things that should have been included. Also some of our items were taken and thrown in the trash while we were out for the day, which was really weird. The owner added a cleaning fee after we made the reservation, which was not listed on Vrbo, so beware of that. Overall it was a decent place but I don't think I would choose it again.

Dear Ashley, I am very disappointed to read your review as I care very much. I was in very regular contact with you prior to and throughout your stay. I would have lowered the AC for you if you had asked. Also, the AC is not locked you could have lowered it yourself on the display, like all other guests do if they feel they need to. My Villa advert makes it very clear that for stays of less than 7 days, there is an additional cost for exit cleaning. I receive great reviews from my guests on VRBO. May I respectfully suggest your experience was down to you for not communicating with me honestly at the time when I kept asking you if everything was OK. Very best wishes. John

Pool time!

We enjoyed a family get together at the villa, spending countless hours in the pool with our grandchildren! Paying for the pool heat was well worth it this time of year as it stayed at a comfortable temp. The villa was as pictured, clean and comfortable and I particularly appreciated the firm couches! For anyone comparing rental prices in the area, please note that the price listed in $ will be converted to £ when booking. This is a great option for the area. and we would definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa! Location is great, close to supermarket, petrol, coffee, ice cream! 15-25minutes to Disney parks depending on traffic, typically very quick first thing in the morning. We flew into Tampa and drove to the Villa. Took about 75mins, very easy to find. Clean, well equipped villa, internet was good. TVs, pool table and table tennis are handy. Pool was great, recommend heating in April! Sun rises at the front of the house, set at the rear about 7:30pm, so sun on the pool from mid day. Good value for money, easily recommend and would return without a doubt. Things to consider: Four bedrooms, only 2 bathrooms. Dining table inside and out wouldn’t fit 8, if you had a full house. Keep the pool water topped up.

Just ok, wouldn’t stay again

We stayed for 5 nights January 24-29. This may be a case of a nice owner with subpar management and cleaning services. Overall, I would not stay here again with so many other places to chose from in the area. Most of us work hard and save to go on a trip like this so not leaving a review just wouldn’t be right. Pros: Proximity to parks (approx 20 min) 4 bedroom for decent price Communication with owner. Cons: Agree with other guest reviews that it needs a good cleaning. I understand why some guest reviews indicated they wore flip flops in the bathroom shower. I did not. Although the guest book indicates the pool would heat to approx 85 degrees, it did not. Agree with other guest reviews that it was too cold to swim - even for my kids. They went in once for about 20 min and it was all they could take. Air temp was approx 70 during day when we were there. Agree with other guest reviews that one of the bedrooms smells like smoke. Luckily it didn’t seem to bother my son. My son was also the lucky winner of dingy pilled linens that other guest have mentioned. Again- didn’t bother him at 14 but would have me. I didn’t see this mentioned in other reviews so this is just personal preference. The home is on the corner of a pretty busy street so the cars can be loud at times especially on a weekend night. Luckily the master is on the other side of house, but my son had trouble falling asleep- this is just personal preference. We didn’t have a working refrigerator for our stay which was frustrating and after the management company looked at it said they would send an appliance repair person and never did. The owner has said that he is or has already replaced it so I trust he did so. It smelled awful and was loudly rattling so I’m surprised the guests before us didn’t have any issues. Hopefully the guests after us were ok and got a replacement. Agree with another guest that the quote in US dollars and then changing to pounds was a little annoying. It worked out but I had to keep checking what we paid for each payment. Wouldn’t do that again. Agree with another guest that the owner added a cleaning fee and pool heat after we booked even though pool heat was included in our quote. He did remove the 2nd pool heat charge once I pointed it out. Too bad we didn’t use the pool. Oh lastly the management company will

Great cozy home

Location was close to all places we wanted to visit. The pool was perfect size for a 5 person family. Home alarm system provided reassurance for safety. Only negatives found were the beds was squeaky and aged. Frequent promise of being billed for plumbing, changing temperatures, using garbage disposal incorrectly or taking pages from the home binder felt unwelcoming. Overall we enjoyed it very much and would recommend to families of 5 or 6.
