Nous nous assurons notre villa est en pleine forme, bien équipé et bien fourni; notre objectif est de vous fournir une maison loin de la maison. Nous utilisons régulièrement, nous prenons bien soin d'elle, pour vous et nous de profiter vraiment.

Nous avons décoré l'aventure autour du monde Villa vraiment améliorer vos vacances et l'approche thématique allons certainement faire de votre séjour un moment inoubliable.

La villa offre un Sud face à la piscine privée et a une surface couverte avec mobilier de jardin confortable de couleur.

Si vous cherchez une valeur incroyable, une villa est super bien équipé, entièrement rénové, dans un premier, Disney / Golf / emplacement commercial qui pourra accueillir jusqu'à 9 personnes, arrêtez de chercher, vous venez de le trouver !!

Villa de détails de mise en page: La cuisine est très bien équipée et dispose de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. La salle à manger est ouverte sur le salon, ce qui rend une zone ordinaire en circulation de maximiser les interactions de la famille. Il y a assez d'espace pour tous les clients de dîner ensemble.

Il y a 3 chambres; le pirate et la princesse salle pourra accueillir 3 jeunes aventuriers, la salle Harry Potter est équipée d'un lit queen size et enfin la chambre à coucher de la jungle a un lit king size. Il y a 2 salles de bains, avec une salle à la salle de jungle. Dans le salon, il y a un double canapé-lit confortable.

La villa offre une piscine plein sud privé, afin de maximiser l'exposition au soleil, après tout la Floride est l'état du soleil. Ainsi il y a une zone couverte avec mobilier de jardin, de sorte que vous pouvez prendre une pause du soleil, organiser un repas à l'extérieur ou encore profiter du temps chaud sur les jours de pluie occasionnelles.

Notre garage a été transformé en une salle de jeux avec une table de billard de 7 pieds, air hockey et foostable dans un thème décor de belles voitures! Tu vas apprécier!!!

Villa emplacement et ses environs: Notre aventure vacances villa est située dans les pacifiques Davenport, qui a une aire de jeu de ses propres enfants, la communauté piscine et un court de tennis.

Nous sommes situés à proximité de toutes les attractions de Disney et des parcs à thème, seulement 3. 5 miles (5km) de l'entrée principale de Disney. Nous sommes entourés de magnifiques terrains de golf; en fait, nous sommes voisins du magnifique Mystic Dunes Golf Club.

We had a wonderful stay! The kids LOVED the bunk beds, garage game room, and the pool! We also loved the location and the awesome Pit Boss grill!

Wonderful stay at the villa

Loved everything about the Villa. Nice area, close to stores and restaurants. Only 20 minutes or so to all things Disney. Pool was wonderful. I am so glad it was suggested to pay to heat the pool- it was nice and comfortable. Will definitely try to stay here again when visiting Orlando.

Nice house in an "OK" neighborhood.

The house is very nicely decorated but rather dark inside (needs more lighting). We really didn't spend much time there aside from sleeping, all of it was spent at the Disney parks. The development is close to Disney World (15-20 minutes drive time to the parks) but some of the surrounding neighborhood houses appear rather sketchy. We paid for the pool heater, but didn't use it, no time and the weather was rainy/chilly. The house was not spotless - we found some hair, dust, and food wrappers were left around. The owner's have many "rules" to be followed and late check in and early check out which was inconvenient. I would stay on site at a Disney resort next time. This rental home is best for large families who need more space than a hotel room offers and who aren't spending every day at he Disney Parks.

Excellent stay

This home was clean and spacious. Lots of little details that made our stay more enjoyable from kids toys to provided shampoo, soap, laundry detergent and stain remover. My kids loved the pool and the game room. We had an issue with smoke detector needing to be changed out and they were very responsive and fixed the issue in a timely fashion. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic Family Getaway

We are so pleased with our vacation and everything that this home offered! It is clear that the owners have considered every angle of what guests might need and thoughtfully provided them. Our children ages 15, 11, and 8 would’ve lived in the pool if we let them! When they weren’t in there, they were having competitions in air hockey and pool! The home was comfortable, clean and a perfect distance to anything you’d need, including all of the Disney Parks! We’ll definitely be back again!

Great place to stay!

The villa was amazing for our family of four! It’s centrally located to all the Disney/ Orlando fun! We were able to unwind after long days at the parks, grill, swim in the pool and play in the game room! The bedrooms were decorated cute and the kiddos loved the themes! Highly recommend!

Christmas in Orlando

The property was exactly as shown on the listing. We chose it for the comfort of a home away from home for Christmas. The pool and the game room were great for the days in-between parks and other activities. Choose to grocery stores and other stores. Easy from the big parks and airport. 10 out of 10, definitely recommend.

Thanksgiving Holiday in Orlando

The property was warm and welcoming. Many areas were as described in the listing. The property is in a community with standard size streets so navigating to the property was a bit challenging given the number of vehicles parked in the street making it difficult to see the listing address. Once found it was easier to navigate and plenty of parking in the driveway. The secondary bedrooms were without hangers but there were plenty available in the master bedroom closet to be shared to the others. We also found small ants in the kitchen and one of the secondary bedrooms that were likely attributed to candy wrappers found and items in the kitchen. Alerting the owner, they were very apologetic and making them aware the issue could be addressed with the cleaning service. A few items throughout the house are worn and may need replacing such as the barstools at the kitchen counter and a couple of towels. A good maintenance check to tighten screws here and there on tables, chairs, and knob pulls as well replace light bulbs too. All easily able to be remedied with a deep clean and maintenance visit to bring things back up to 5 stars quickly. Given the end of summer season and start of the holidays, these issues were forgivable and the owners were a true pleasure to work with. They even went out of their way to take care of a dead rabbit in the backyard that my children found “sleeping”. We normally would have moved the rabbit but didn’t see a shovel for disposal. Solid 4 out of 5 stars!

Family stay in Kissimmee

Great place for a family to stay for a Florida/Disney vacation. Right off the toll road so be sure to get a sunpass for your trip because you will be taking the toll road a lot! House has a nice set up and great for kids of all ages.

Nice house close to all the parks

All in all the house was nice, clean, easy to get to. Our son loved the pool and spent a lot of time in it. We were a little bummed that the furniture in the house didn’t match the pictures and it wasn’t very comfortable. We especially picked this house for the comfy looking couches because of everything we had planned, it is always nice to come back and relax on the couch. Great vacation!

This was our second stay at The Adventure Villa, and it was wonderful! Neighbourhood is very quiet, and close to stores, restaurants and Disney. The house is very clean and had everything we needed. Pool is great and very well maintained. We enjoyed the air hockey, foosball and pool table in the garage. The hosts are fantastic! Very responsive, and Lucie checked in the day we arrived to make sure we arrived safely, and everything was ok. We will definitely be back!

Weeks stay at Adventure Villa

The villa was as described and in a great location. The pool was south facing and was a lovely size. The outside seating area had a ceiling fan which was very welcome when eating outside. The villa was the best equipped one that we have stayed in and included things like dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, new cleaning sponge, shower gel, shampoo and loads of towels. It made the stay very welcoming. The games room in the garage was fantastic too. Lucie and Alain were lovely hosts who kept in contact with us throughout the booking process and during the holiday. We would definitely recommend The Adventure Villa and would book again.

Family Vacation to Sea World

Adventure villa is a very nice place to stay fot a family. There were available activities to keep our teen age and 8 years old grandson entertain. While providing a relaxing atmosphere for us as well. Would highly commend this property for ur trip to the Orlando area. Adian and Lucy will go out of their way to ensure u had a great stay

Perfect home for our family vacation

The house was clean and the perfect home for our 5 night stay. Close to so many things including Disney. The garage game room was a huge hit with our family and gave us many options at night, when we just wanted to relax and have fun. The pool was great as well. Check in and out was super easy and we were very happy with every thing. We would definitely book again!!

Great Disney Spot

Our family of 4 stayed for our Disney/Universal trip. The house was just as listed and had everything you could need. Everything was so clean. My girls loved the themed rooms and of course the pool in the evenings when we returned from the theme parks. The house was just a quick 15 minute drive to Disney and has grocery stores conveniently located for shopping. Thank you for an amazing stay.
