It was an excellent location and great layout. The rooms are a good size and allowed for a lot of privacy. The main living area is huge and great for everyone hanging out. It’s a block from the beach and all the restaurants are close. We loved it.

Quick off season trip

I travelled with two friends and our adult children. We like being close to bars and restaurants as well as the beach. Dewey is a good fit for us. The condo is beautiful and perfectly located with plenty of beds. We especially enjoy the large covered porch. Just beware of noise if booking during Bike Week.

Great space and amazing location!

The location is unbeatable! The begs we’re comfortable and the space was awesome - we had a great time! Be aware that you have to bring a lot of stuff (sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, etc) - the description mentions it but we didnt notice until we read the fine print. Not a big issue but just something to note!

Many Negatives, Few Positives

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To start with the positives: The location is perfect, right in the middle of all the action in Dewey Beach. Easily access all the major dining spots and the beach. The large deck was another positive. You can watch all the craziness that Dewey has to offer. Unfortunately, though, our stay had some major negatives. When we arrived we immediately realized that floors hadn't been cleaned with sand throughout. After walking on the floor for a few minutes without shoes our feet were extremely dirty. The carpets near the deck and the deck itself were also very sandy. When taking the first shower, there was no hot water at all. The hot water finally started working but any shower longer than 2 minutes would end with cold water, which is not great in a house designed for 6-8 people who need to shower. Lastly, we called about a number of light bulbs that were no longer working throughout the week and we never received any service. The road is also very loud, but this is to be expected. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you have small children but the included sound machines in each room were a nice touch.
