Discover the best of Dewey Beach from our spacious 2-BR family-friendly 3rd floor apartment overlooking a marina and the Rehoboth Bay. A quiet place to relax on your balcony, watch the sunset, the boats and the calm bay waters. This two bedroom, two full bathroom unit has a king size bed in the master bedroom, a twin bunk bed and one double bed in the second bedroom. There is a large living room, full kitchen and a dining table that seats 6. There is also a laundry room with washer & dryer. There is high speed wi-fi access and each tv is a Roku tv with access to all your favorite apps. You will have access to 2 parking spaces in the marina.

Waterfront dining, beautiful beaches and lively entertainment are steps away from your vacation getaway. The walking to the beach is an easy 5 minute walk across Coastal Highway. The location is ideal and very safe, Dewey Beach Town Hall and Dewey Beach Police Station are steps away.

Overall a nice rental that is dog friendly. There’s a lovely view of the bay and marina. Despite being next to the Rusty Rudder it actually isn’t too loud. Apartment D is the top floor, walk up. Air conditioning was working well and the porch is roomy and has nice chairs/table for relaxing. Fridge/freezer is working well. There is an oven/range and dishwasher too. WiFi and TVs with Roku. Walkable to ocean/bay and restaurants, very convenient.Few things of note:—Bring your own soap/shampoo/conditioner (only hand soap provided)—Bring your own beach towels (bathroom towels provided)—Bring your own beach chairs, toys, etc. there was a beach umbrella on the porch though—Washer machine was NOT working when we were there, unfortunately, though there is a nearby laundromat in Rehoboth to use—No grill, spices or wine glasses just FYI—Coffee maker(s) here (didn’t use) with lots of filters—Vacuum is great for all the sand that creeps in from the beach

First time staying at this property and was a great experience. It's in the same building as the Dewey Beach Yacht Club in the Marina (We weren't sure if we staying in a room or on a boat at first lol). We got in a little early and we were able to get in the apt at 3:30 instead of 4pm. Property was as described and very clean. Looked like it had been remodeled, although the ceiling looked like it some had noticable water damage in the past as joints were peeling and the 2nd BR had a small hole in it. Bed in the master was the best in the apt, the 2nd BR had a Single full size bed and 2 full sized bunk beds. I had the Double/Full bed which was a little saggy and soft, but worked for a long weekend down the beach. There's also a double mattress that pulls out of the couch but we didn't use it. The porch was a good size and looked out over the bay showing some beautiful sunsets. 5 minute walk across Rt 1 to the beach and everything is very close. The property abuts Rusty Rudder's North side so you hear live music when it starts, but that's one of the reasons we love Dewey Beach and if you closed the sliding doors it was quiet. Only small issue was that we were unable to connect to the Wi-Fi as some of our party had to log on to do some work, but Jorge provided the Wi-Fi and PW for the management office and we were in business. Overall a great visit and we had perfect weather (75⁰-78⁰ sunny all weekend and 78⁰ water).

Yes. Host was very timely in his responses.The location of the property on the water was so beautiful. Being this time of year at the beach, it was so very quiet and relaxing. We prepared our Thanksgiving dinner as we would have at home and it was a wonderful day.We loved that the property was in walking distance to restaurants and bars which was very nice. The property was very clean, bright and welcoming. The decor was beautiful.

Dewey vacation

Nice place to stay in Dewey, our family of older teens enjoyed being right at the marina and still close to the beach. Next time we will bring our boat since it seemed so convenient to keep it right there at the condo.

Beautiful property and view of the marina for my family and me. I've stayed here before with my husband and both stays were refreshing. The place was clean, spacious, and full of natural light. The host is very responsive and checkin is clear and easy. We did have to run out to replenish a few amenities for the 4 of us, but it was easy to find everything we needed. The beach was beautiful and just a walk across the street.
