This unit was perfect for our party of 6 and very conveniently located. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that it had access from the property into the ocean which our family happily took advantage of. It was very well stocked with supplies, much more than other places we have rented. I would highly recommend it.

I recommend this place without reservation. The location is dynamite and the layout of the property in relation to the ocean and the pool is excellent. The presence of the pool was a huge plus for the kids. The property was well appointed and well-maintained. We do indeed look forward to staying here again.

Everything listed on Vrbo for this property was accurate. The property, just a few yards from the ocean, was special. Waking up and seeing the surf gently break so close to the unit was a wonderful experience. The pool was a delight for our grandchildren. Restaurants and beaches were close by, the location could not have been more perfect.Our only disappointment was that we did not book a longer stay!

The oceanfront property was amazing! It had the best view you could imagine. We had plenty of room for three couples. The property itself was beautiful, and the landscaping was amazing. The location was excellent for accessing Kona and other parts of the island. The kitchen had everything you would need, and the amenities were great. The pool was fantastic overlooking the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend it. We hope to be returning in the future.

Great, quiet location for our few days in Kona. The home is beautiful and well-stocked. Communication with the house managers was easy, and directions for coming/going were very straightforward. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful stay - perfect location - very comfortable for 5-6 adults. Private, secure, good parking and nice grounds with lots of beautiful foliage. The kitchen is well equipped, nice gas grill, bedrooms separate for privacy and very comfortable with A/C. We used the pool quite a bit - this is a quieter community so nice and low key. The location is 11 out of 10. Absolutely perfect! Close to town yet isolated on the rocky point. Well maintained throughout. If or when we visit the big island again we will definitely rent here at the same unit.

Our family really enjoyed our stay and still can’t stop talking about the views. The property has a convenient location near grocery stores, Walmart and lots of activities. We can’t wait to return!

Kona Vacation

What a terrific vacation! We would definitely stay here again. We were out and about around the island on most days, but a peaceful and quiet place to return to every evening.

Great location next to Magic Sands beach. Home is quiet, nice community pool. Great home layout- appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms, and listening to the ocean at night. Needed more towels!
