The floor plan offers one bedroom and bath on each level. The top level is separated from the main house via an exterior stairway and private entrance. Upstairs is a nice ocean view bedroom, with lanai patio, queen size bed, private bathroom with large shower and two double sinks, and walk in closet. New high def TV's are in each bedroom as well as Blue Ray DVD players and an extensive DVD library.

Main floor hosts the Great Room including kitchen with new dishwasher, dining area for 8 and lanai for outdoor dining.
