Enjoy this comfortable condo on the 11th floor with ocean view balcony
Spacious two bedroom condo on the beach. Come enjoy the beach, heated indoor and outdoor pools, and tons of other amenities. Gated indoor parking deck, conveniently walk to the elevators from your car in the parking deck. Very secure and well managed resort to enjoy a relaxing family vacation.

Show your ID and license plate number to the front desk ,who will issue the key cards to the building and room and up to two parking passes.
Then you may drive your car to the blue tall building to the south (right) of the registration office, and use the key card to open the gate to the garage. Please unload on the ground floor as luggage carts are only on this floor.
Then you may park on any level of the parking deck where a space available. You would need the key cards to open the door to the elevator area.

Host communicated very well with our last minute booking. Property was clean and in great location to beach. Apparently in the summer at Myrtle you can not have sun ninjas (or anything other than a round umbrella) and thankfully these were in the condo! We were very happy with our stay and would stay here again!

The condo is very nice and the listing photos were accurate. The location is family friendly and the indoor pool space was a great resource after being in the sun all day by the ocean.

We had a great time. Very clean and a great location. Janet made sure to make our stay great and if we needed anything she was very easy to reach. All in all a wonderful place with a beautiful view and every thing you need in a condo to feel at home.

The property is located on a very beautiful beach. However I was surprised to discover that I could not check in before I had to agree to a non refundable charge of 40 ish dollars or a refundable 300 charge for damage before I was given check in instructions. The front desk check in took at least 30 minutes . Also the condo had an odor that smelled very unpleasant….and not clean. The sink was clogged upon arrival which seems like the cleaning crew would have known. It was addressed quickly and effectively. Overall, unit was comfortable but building is old and common areas smelled of overused cover up cleaning fluids. Value priced which is what we experienced.

The condo was great, very spacious and clean. Exactly what it looked like in the pictures. Beach access was great. Beach view was great. The only downfall was there being a large population variety at this location and a lot of guests entering the building without a key card.

Conveniently located right in the beach. Parking, check in, check out, etc. were easy. The host was very responsive. Property was clean, quiet. Elevators worked. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and in working order. Kitchen was great — everything was functional. The property has multiple pools and lazy river for kids. Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens are only 30 mins away. Lots of putt putt places, water parks, grocery stores, restaurants, convenience stores, arcade, etc around. We had a fun time staying here. Would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a condo on myrtle beach.
