Brand new to Luxury Beach Rentals! Beautiful, ocean view, two bedroom, two bath end unit located in Beach Colony Resort. This tastefully decorated unit offers a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and tons of natural light through floor to ceiling glass windows. The master bedroom includes a king bed, while the second bedroom features two full-size beds.
Beach Colony Resort has a plethora of amenities and offers something for everyone, including indoor/outdoor pools, a lazy river, spas/hot tubs, a fitness center, tiki bar, onsite restaurants, private beach access, arcade and more! The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach.

We loved our stay here. Direct access to the beach, two outdoor pools, hot tub, kids pool, plenty of chairs, tables and umbrellas. I would rent this place again,

Great Stay!

We came for a volleyball tournament and wanted something on the beach but close to the convention center. This was just perfect! The space was very clean and comfy and spacious. The beach was beautiful and a short walk from the property. The amenities were fantastic, as well. The parking was a pain bc of the minimal space but it is what it is! All in all wonderful spot!

Overall, it was a great stay.The only thing I didn't like.The indoor pool was shut down and the gym but other than that it was great

Clean & as described

The unit was super clean and exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated having the washer/dryer in the unit. The pools were clean and well maintained and the kids appreciated having the arcade right downstairs. Would stay again!

Nice Place!

We had an overall, wonderful experience at this location. It was spacious enough for 4 adults. We loved having 2 bathrooms and a nice size kitchen with all of the amenities. If you like to cook with seasonings, bring your own along with extra paper towels. (This did not impact our rating, just sharing info). Beach Colony, where the unit is located, is very family friendly! It has several pools, an arcade and is steps away from the beach. Our ONLY disappointment was that the fitness center, indoor pool and sauna was under renovation. We wished we had known beforehand. We appreciated the communication and easy instructions for accessing and cleaning the property. We would book this place again. Hopefully that fitness center will be open soon!

The beach is calling.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo, very very clean. Beds were very comfortable, lots of extra towels and blankets. Everything you could need in a kitchen if you desired to cook in. Beach view was good, corner room so it seemed very quiet. Great location close to Board walk or Barefoot landings. The Hotel and people were helpful and kind, restaurant on location. There were 3 swimming pools and a great outdoor place to play or relax. short easy walk to the beach. The parking garage was close felt safe. Just had a great time. Will book again.
