Perfectly located close to the areas of Orient Bay, Anse marcel and Grand Case (well reknowned for his incredible mix of local and gastronomic restaurants), this wide modern and brand new villa offers 3 bedrooms with king size beds, and bathrooms. There is the option of two more bedrooms in the lower part of the villa so it gives room for 6 and up to 10 guests with a pricing depending on the option chosen.
Enjoy the tropical sun lounging on your beach chairs on the huge terrace with a large heathed swimming pool and vasts shadowed outdoor galleries ventilated by the tradewinds . Have breakfast, lunch, dinner on the outside dining area with a permanent sea view.
A very well equiped kitchen with a counter top facing the terrace will give you the possibility to realize your culinary wishes of the moment.
The large tropically decorated salon has two wide sofas, a large TV screen (Netflix provided) and an inside dining area.
All bedrooms have king size beds and their own bathrooms with high quality furniture and materials. two bedrooms are facing the sea, another one is facing the mountains and the two others are on the basement of the property.

Five minutes away by car are Grand-case, Orient beach and Anse Marcel where you'll find all the restaurants, shops, activities needed.
Having visited almost all the caribbean islands in the past I can definitly tell you that the amazing view on the marine natural preserve in front of the villa is one of the prettiest that I've seen!
