VILLA PINEL est une magnifique villa en bord de mer avec une plage privée et une grande piscine chauffe face à la mer . D e style Contemporaine avec 4 salles de bains et 4 salles de bain moderne . Une belle maison de vacances pour un séjour en famille ou en amoureux à quelques minutes de kayacs de l'ilet Pinel à Saint Martin . Face à la mer des Caraïbes, Villa Pinel profite d'une vue face à la mer des Caraibes la villa est situées en face des plages Pinel, des petites îles voisines telles que Tintamarre ou Green Cay, Orient Bay et St. de Barth!

Cette luxueuse villa de vacances offre sérénité et tranquillité dans la magnifique baie de la Caraïbes , eau turquoise et réserve naturelle de tortues , oiseaux

4 chambres et 4 salles de bain et une villa entièrement équipée grand luxe , wifi , climatisation dans chaque chambres , linge de maison de qualité , cuisine de chef très bien équipée , cave à vin Elle est entourée par un magnifique jardin tropical . Une large terrasse en teck face à la mer , transats et serviettes de plage , une grande piscine privée chauffée à débordement ( piscine refaite entièrement en 2023 )

La villa dispose de 4 chambres de taille king climatisées avec salle de bains privative 4 salles de bains avec une douche en pierre naturelle. Deux chambres ouvertes sur la terrasse ont une vue fantastique sur la mer des Caraïbes. La troisième chambre est située à l'arrière de la villa et a accès à un patio privé et intime. Chambre N ° 4 est une suite studio situé au niveau inférieur de la villa avec sa propre entrée et terrasse.

La cuisine gastronomique design impeccable (photos suivront) révèle un goût distinctif pour la beauté fonctionnelle et le style d'avant-garde. Les installations comprennent une plaque de cuisson vitrocéramique, four, micro-ondes, grand frigo, un lave-vaisselle, cafetière, grille-pain, et tous les ustensiles et les équipements nécessaires. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce que le chef a besoin pour préparer de délicieux repas, y compris un grand espace de stockage .

Getaway with my wife

The house and pool are fabulous. Very private and romantic. Great location, beautiful view, and a short drive great restaurants on Orient Beach. The house comes with kayaks. Short paddle to Pinel island that has two wonderful beach bars. Highly recommend this place. Best spot on St Martin.

Magical spot for a fantastic vacation

Talk about paradise! Villa Pinel is a great house in an amazing location. The views were gorgeous. Kids loved the pool! We were able to hop in kayaks and explore. We also loved the well equipped kitchen and outdoor grill.

Our stay was amazing at Villa Pinel! The house was great, and views were perfect! Our kids loved the pool, the kayaking out to the sandbar and visiting Pinel Island! So many great restaurants and little shops close by.Veronique was also the best! Always there to answer our questions, make recommendations and reservations wherever and whenever we needed one! 50th birthday trip

We came to St Martins to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. Veronique was so communicative and organized in sharing the details of the property with us and answering questions throughout the week. The house was beautiful, the pool was just perfect, access to Pinel island was 10 min by kayak, and we slept so well. We have already talked about coming back......

A week in paradise

The property is exactly as described and had everything we needed. Veronique was the best host and got us everything we needed. This side of the island is quiet and with gorgeous views. The pool was excellent. Sandy and Lola were an added bonus. I would stay here again.

Beautiful villa and a wonderful host!

Our five nights at The villa was absolutely amazing! Veronique was the best host, helping us make plans and reservations throughout our stay. The Villa is gorgeous and there is plenty of space for everyone. We cooked meals, relaxed and enjoyed the pool. All 8 of us kayaked to Pinel Island for the day right from the Villa.it was a very clean, beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Thank you Veronique!

The property is magnificent, and the location absolutely unbeatable for anyone who wants convenience to the restaurants of Grand Case and Orient Beach combined with the seclusion and natural beauty of Cul de Sac. Girl’s trip to St Maarten

Villa Pinel is a beautiful villa with a lovely view and location. Veronique was always available for questions and introduced us to the property. The house has all the amenities imaginable and smelled great. Make sure to bring your bug spray in the summer and the living area has no AC so as long as there is a good sea breeze you should be fine.

Wonderful stay in Cul de Sac!

Host, Veronique, did everything possible to make our family vacation perfect. The villa is large, nicely laid out and very well equipped. The pool was perfect and the location was ten minutes was the spectacular Orient Bay Beach. We stay at a lot of VRBOs ; this is one of the best.

Villa Pinel has it all: bedrooms are spacious with AC, kitchen with every possible utensil one could need for cooking and eating, beautiful pool and amazing views day and night, housekeeping as needed, clean towels for shower, pool and beach. Easy drive to supermarket, bakery and beaches.

The stay was very nice. Kayaked to Pinel Island twice which turned into fun days. Son paddle board every morning to start out the day. Veronique was there if we needed her. Would go back!

Incredible Vacation

This was our first time for a week long holiday to Saint Martin and couldn’t have picked a better place than Villa Pinel. Veronique was an amazing host, helping us with everything we needed. The location could not be beat. We loved pool days at the Villa and a couple beach days at Pinel Island and Orient Bay. Groceries and wine were a short drive, and the highlight of our meals was the tuna caught by Veronique’s son. If you’re looking for a place to spend your days in your bathing suit to truly relax in paradise, this is the place for you!

Incredible Week at Villa Pinel

The house was in the beautiful (and very safe) Cul de Sac location. My family felt like they were staying in a house from a movie - almost as if it wasn't real. After exploring the island (both French and Dutch sides), Anguilla, going out to eat or the beaches, we were all excited to get back to the house. Everything was as-advertised or better! There were 7 of us (2 parents and 5 "kids" from 17-22 yrs old). No hesitation to recommend Villa Pinel. Would 100% stay there again. First impressions were set by the host, Véronique. She added to the wonderful experience by using WhatsApp to communicate (very responsive!), welcomed us in-person, and can assist in virtually anything you may need (recommendations, reservations, special requests, private chefs, etc). Véronique wants everybody to have an incredible experience during the stay.

Veronique was a fabulous host! She took care of us from check in and all throughout our visit. The house and pool were even better than the pictures. We had two families of four for our visit and the kitchen and all accomodations were great for our families. Using Veronique's recommendation we had Chef Romain come to the house one evening which was wonderful. We also used the provided kayaks to go to Pinel Island for snorkeling and a great lunch. We saw several sea turtles while kayaking to the island and our kids were lucky enough to swim with one while snorkeling. I highly recommend Villa Pinel for the location, fabulous house and pool and for Veronique's help throughout the week. She even had housekeeping come three times during our stay which was a wonderful surprise to get fresh sheets and towels after days at the beach. We loved our time at St Martin! Thanks Veronique!!

This is the destination

Veronique was a phenomenal host. We took every bit of her advice and were not disappointed. She combines a boutique experience with your own personal concierge. We spent as much, or more, time at the property than doing other things. You truly need only bring your suit and a couple out and about outfits. Very close to Anse Marcel, Grand Case, and Orient Beach, which is where we most often went. Seb provided a phenomenal vehicle with personal service. We invited Chef Frank to create a special meal and he was charming and provided lots of good stories of the island. Wonderful experience. Kayaking to Pinel Island was perfect. Great food and great beaches. Irvine stocked the house before we arrived so we didn't have to run right out. All of these were Veronique's suggestions. The property was exactly as pictured. Even though the houses were in close proximity, the gardens made for complete privacy. I could not think of a better choice for our stay.

Simply Paradise

Staying at Villa Pinel was simply a dream! I've travelled many places and this was the most beautiful VRBO I've ever stayed in - pictures do not even do it justice. Veronique is a fantastic host. She was very responsive and gave a great tour. The villa has everything you could ever want - kayaks, canoes, snorkeling gear and the most amazing beach towels! The setting of the house is unbelievable. Every morning, waking up to the beautiful view, followed by a dip in the pool was the best way to wake up. At night, the view is equally as beautiful as the pool lights up and the house has a fantastic breeze throughout. The only recommendation is to bring bug spray. As long as you have bug spray on, the mosquitos are not a problem at all. There are plenty of small touches that make you feel so welcomed - from carefully placed flowers to the extra power converters. The location could not be any more perfect. It is a 10 minute kayak to pinel island which is the best way to spend a spare day. It is also just over the hill from Anse Mercel, another beautiful place to spend a day. I will 100% be back and would recommend this to anyone.

Incredible Paradise

The most memorable vacation we ever had so far. The villa was absolutely amazing it had everything you need. Véronique was fantastic during our entire stay. She came greeted us had a bottle of wine for my birthday and yummy rum when we arrived 🤗. We got fresh fish from her son who is a fisherman on the island. The kayaks were our favorite 😍 we went to Pinel Island 🏝 almost every day and swam, snorkeling on side of Pinel was beautiful. The infinity pool with the view was breathtaking 💕. Beds were super comfy, towels were soft, bathrooms had everything you need from shampoo/conditioner. Villa was super clean and cleaning service came 3 times during our week stay which was great to get fresh dry towels. Pool guy came couple of times and cleaned the pool. The grocery store was very close. We had Chef Franck come and cook us an incredible dinner one night which was an experience you have to do at least once. We absolutely loved staying here and will stay again for sure. You definitely need a rental car to get around the island. Mosquitoes were the only thing that could get annoying so bring/buy bug spray. Everything else was an incredible memory in Paradise 💖 thank you Véronique! We will be back! Lubi, Marek, Adam, another Lubi (who loved your dogs 🐾), Katerina, Jarda and Jacob.

All you need is a bathing suit

Veronique is the best host, you will not want for anything. She says "all you need is a bathing suit" and she means it! Veronique is available almost 24x7 and will make reservations and send you driving maps just to list a few things. While we brought our own food (traveling tip - if visiting from U.S. and you want to cut down on food cost, pack frozen meat in a rolling cooler and bring as your carry-on on plane), the house had a lot of food, beverages, and pantry staples when we got there. There are two fridges which helped our family since we cook and eat-in a lot. The house was clean and housekeeping showed up 3x the week we were there. We used the kayaks one day to Pinel. Anse Marcel beach is very close and we enjoyed our time there the most. The only two things which were different: 1. A/C was only in the bedrooms, not in the main living area and 2. there is only a laundry washing machine, no dryer. Once again, everything is there including a drying rack and clothespins. There are books (english and french), snorkeling gear, beach games and any dish or kitchen utensil you might need. Do not look further, pack your suit and relax at Villa Pinel!! Philippe began to work in the building, he built his first house on the basis of Mediterranean style, Casa Azul and Riviera blue dominate by its superb location on the hills of Orient Beach. Follow some years later, his big sister Casa Del Sol Mexican inspired style with a name that feels the sun, the two villas are becoming very private two beautiful properties in the middle of a large tropical garden.
