Thank you for the review, and we are glad you enjoyed the beautiful condo, views, and your overall beach trip. We would like to clarify a few points regarding your feedback, which we had already addressed directly with you in person while replacing the dishwasher during your stay: Balcony Doors: As we explained in person, these doors are heavily reinforced and hurricane-rated for safety. They do not operate like standard patio doors. They were recently serviced, but we have had maintenance look into them once again to ensure they are functioning as intended. Guest Communication: As we also discussed, we are a small business and utilize automated messaging to guarantee that all guests receive critical arrival and check-in details. While you found these messages unnecessary, our policy is to prioritize comprehensive information so that reservations proceed smoothly for everyone. Thank you again for your business, and we are glad our team was able to resolve your other requests so quickly.

Lorie, Thanks for your feedback! We love the spaciousness of our units as well.
