While this is a relatively new property for us, we have been renting oceanfront condos on Navarre Beach for 22 years on VRBO. So not new at all to this labor of love.!

Located between Destin and Pensacola, Navarre Beach has the beautiful white beaches without the crowds. It is only a three mile stretch of beach that sits between the Gulf Islands National Seashore on the west and Eglin Air Force Base land on the east. It is a classic barrier island beach on a beach road, NOT Hwy 98. While primarily residential, it is only 30 minutes away to Pensacola or the Fort Walton and Destin area. Locally, just across the bridge, you will have all the restaurants, grocery stores, urgent care, gyms, Starbucks, etc, that you probably have back home.
There are miles of scenic bike trails accessed right across the street. This quiet and peaceful area is truly a hidden jewel of the Gulf Coast. Beach Colony Resort is a short walk to the Navarre Beach Pier and the Navarre Beach Science Station. There is also the Navarre Beach Gulf Snorkel Reef for you to get an up-close glimpse of amazing marine life.
Beach supplies and a few restaurants are within walking distance on the beach.

 If you've never been to Navarre Beach, there are two moments you will surely remember about your visit:
1) Crossing over the Sound Bridge the first time and seeing the Island/water and
2) Walking out on our balcony for the first time and seeing the ocean.
It is breathtaking.
 Our Non-Smoking condo is Gulf-front where the beach and ocean are only steps away. It is located on the second floor (3rd Level up) overlooking the ocean. NO ELEVATOR ISSUES!
 It is professionally decorated and nicely appointed and furnished. The condo is over 1700 sq ft and has nine-foot ceilings and doors opening from both the living space and master bedroom onto the balcony. While sitting on the private balcony, you will enjoy privacy and stunning views of the ocean, beach and surf and close enough to the largest pool on Navarre Beach to check on your children.!
 The large master bedroom has a king-size bed and new/updated shower and vanity.
 The condo will sleep 6 comfortably. Two other newly decorated bedrooms have queen size beds and private bathrooms that have also been updated this year. There are ample linens and closet space for everyone.
 The newly updated kitchen has lots of cabinets and is equipped with everything you will need to make you feel right at home, whether your stay is two weeks or two months.
 We also supply beach service that includes 2 chaise lounges and an umbrella set up for our guests each day at 8am and taken down at 5pm, from March - October. There is also an EXTRA set of chairs and umbrella on our balcony for your use.
 Our complex offers an array of amenities including a fitness room, outdoor charcoal grills with picnic area, two clay tennis courts and a shuffleboard court.
 FREE parking in our 3 deck parking garage steps away from the entryway.
No need for parking passes.
 There is a beach boardwalk with ramps at both ends. Perfect for wagons and beach carts, as well as accessibility for wheelchairs.
 I personally manage this unit. So, each guest receives honest, personal and rapid service for whatever they need, from me. I have cleaning service, maintenance service, appliance service people in Navarre that respond usually the same or next day to any issues that may come up. (Usually none do because we keep the condo in great shape to begin with.) But you never know, and you don’t want to be dealing with a “condo issue” or slow service to fix something in the condo on your vacation.!
 Before your arrival and during your stay I can always be reached by email or cell phone to attend to your questions or needs. We usually respond within the hour.
 Over the years many of our guests have become "regulars" and come back to stay with their families year after year. We have been able to keep up with their families as the kids have grown up and have kept in touch through the years.
