Great place

We love this area because of the location near the pier, the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful view. This particular condo needed a few essentials which we got at the nearest Walmart but other than that, we liked it. I would recommend this time of year especially because there weren’t a lot of teenagers and kids at the pool, if that’s what you like.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would stay in this property again. Clean, spacious, easy beach access, and a beautiful view. Next time I would bring my own pots and pans. I didn't cook very many meals but there's nothing big enough to cook for 4 people. Had to buy some wooden spoons. Would also REALLY appreciate a vacuum. A broom just doesn't cut it with the sand.

Review of BCW 8B

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The decor in 8B is lovely and the kitchen was well equipped. The problem we had was the filthy cloth couch. It had so many disgusting stains on it that we used a bedroom throw to cover the couch so we could sit on it. The "footstool" furniture was also very dirty. The unit desperately needs to be painted. The two chairs, although beautiful, we very uncomfortable. The deck furniture was very nice and generally everything was acceptable, with the exception of the dirty couch. The view of the complex is wonderful, but we would not recommend this particular unit.

Our Visit to Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 2nd time we stayed at the Beach Colony Resort but the 1st time at this unit. The unit was clean but a little on the worn side. One of the bathrooms had mold growing around the ceiling fan and the shower faucet was very loose and held in place by caulking. The fan above the stove made a lot of noise so we didn't use it while cooking. And the master bedroom hairdryer did not work properly so we didn't use it. I hate to be negative about any of this. We very much enjoyed our stay and after 2 visits have fallen in love with the area. I just state these things so possible repairs can be made. To be honest we'd probably try another condo on our next visit but if none were available we wouldn't hesitate to book this unit. All of our booking and communication prior and during our visit was top notch.

Incredible Stay!! What a View!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was such an incredible place to spend our sons fall break. We loved how walkable most of the restaurants and bars were from us. The Pool for this condo is HUGE and so nice to be able to still hear the beach from the pool chair. The beach access was also so easy. The condo itself was simply but beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. The living space had plenty of room and the view from the patio was amazing. We spent most of our time out there.

Reviewer Comments: From the moment we walked through the door of this condo, we were impressed with the cleanliness and beauty of where we were staying for our vacation. It is very obvious that this property and the grounds are very well maintained. The walk to the beach was as easy as you can get. It’s a quick trip down an elevator and then you are right on the beach. The pool was clean and beautiful. It made for a great end to our days, especially when there were red flags preventing us from getting into the Gulf. We had 2 adults and 4 kids, and there was plenty of space in the condo for all of us to be comfortable. We can’t wait to stay here again!
