Welcome to Beach Colony Resort East 15A, where stunning Gulf-front views await you from the 15th floor. This spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom condominium comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, offering luxurious amenities for a memorable stay.
Each bedroom boasts its own balcony, with the Gulf-front master featuring a walk-in closet and a private bath complete with a walk-in shower, large Jacuzzi tub, and double vanity. The fully-equipped kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining area and living room, creating the perfect space for gathering and entertaining.
Step onto the expansive private balcony and immerse yourself in paradise. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee, spotting dolphins, or witnessing breathtaking sunset views, this balcony offers the ultimate relaxation. Beach service is complimentary with reservations made between March and October 2022.
Beach Colony Resort provides an array of amenities, including fitness facilities, outdoor charcoal grills with a picnic area, a tennis court, and a pickleball court. Guests can also take advantage of the Olympic-size pool and free covered parking. The resort features the largest Gulf-front balconies on Navarre Beach, accessible from both the living room and master bedroom.

Awesome waterfront condo with great views

I will definitely go back to this condo! Everything was as shown on the Vrbo site. It was in a great location. Every room had a great view. The unit was very clean. But be advices that you will have to bring extra and auto dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper if your stay is extended. I highly recommend this place.

Great Location Great Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an awesome place to stay with glorious views of the gulf. It is very comfortable with all the amenities. The management was very accommodating to our needs as we were staying for a full month. More specifically, they replaced an old vacuum cleaner and a Wi-Fi router that was giving us problems. I have only two recommendations... Since the condo accommodates 8 people, provide enough silverware and dishes for 8 people. Second, if check-out is 10:00 a.m., don't lock your guests out of the condo prior 10:00 a.m. I was loading my car prior to 10:00 a.m. for departure; however, I couldn't get back into the condo because the entry code seemed to expire and no longer worked. Fortunately, my wife was still inside, and we could continue packing. We would highly recommend this location for a vacation stay.

Great Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoy visiting Navarre and LOVE the beautiful beaches. Beach Colony is a great place to stay, great rooms & pool area. Our biggest problem (not that it was anyone persons fault) but there was only 1 working elevator the whole time we were there. The room was very clean and well furnished. We did have one hiccup with the internet but it was quickly fixed. As for a resort rental, our biggest complaint was that there was NOT a hot tub on the premises (my family really enjoys evenings in the hot tub). Other than that, I would highly recommend Beach Colony.
