Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was amazing. The pool amazing. Location and proximity amazing. I couldn't say enough good things about this condo. The only thing that could have made it better would have been an earlier check in time if there was availability. After driving several hours, you just want to get inside shower and relax. And waiting till the very last minute to text you the entry information made us a little nervous.

Great place!

This is an awesome property! There were six adults in our party and there was more than enough room for us all. The pool was awesome. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Beautiful, Clean Condo!

We loved our stay at the condo! It was super clean and decorated really cute. The balcony was our favorite part, it’s at a perfect location. Our only complaint is the bed mattresses in the back two bedrooms are extremely hard and uncomfortable. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Retirees’ Relaxation

We loved this property! Best condo we’ve rented in our 20 years of vacations. Recliner, sofa that reclines, and 2 comfortable swivel chairs are fabulous for those of us with metal parts! Condo is beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, and the location is great. Tried to book for 2024, but they weren’t taking reservations for next year yet.

Although family, friendly, it is not a child proof Condo. Took a long time upon arrival to take everything that was breakable and put it into the top shelf of the closets. I took pictures before I moved everything ( luckily , because every single room had three or four items that needed to be stowed in the closets), and then another 40 minutes putting everything back before I left. There are cabinets with lots of little items that are very enticing to toddlers, all over the condo. Rather than empty the cabinets, we purchased child proof locks, so nothing was broken or misplaced. The dining room table has slats in it, which when you’re feeding young children is not very practical. They’re not neat eaters so we’d wipe the table off and then have to move it and wipe the floor up underneath, taking twice as much time.The vacation company kept sending me emails that had no text in them and I never received one text message from the office for check-in or checkout. When I called, I was told it was my Internet connection and when I got to the condo, it would all come through, but nothing ever came through.I am pretty savvy with tech, so I don’t appreciate being told it’s my problem. The rental company needs to figure it out or if they can’t, pick up the phone and call.

We are glad that you enjoyed your visit. Beach Colony Resort has a full front view of the Gulf. The position of the sun (based on season) changes obviously but we often enjoy sunrise and sunsets from the balconies on the back of the unit overlooking the Santa Rosa Sound or the 14th floor atrium.

Beautiful

The condo as beautiful and the perfect size for our family of 5. The only reason cleanliness did not get a 5 star was due to mold found in the Kuerig. The kitchen itself was fully equipped with anything needed to make full meals in house. The master bathroom toilet, however, would continue to run at times unless you jiggled the handle. Overall it’s a great place to stay.

Adult Sister Vacation

Sister trip with my sister, our mother and her sister, along with our two cousins (also sisters). We haven’t vacationed together since 1994 when my cousins and I were teenagers. I had concerns the condo wouldn’t be big enough to ward off any awkwardness from vacationing with people we haven’t vacationed with in YEARS; luckily that wasn’t the case. The condo had plenty of room. All bedrooms were size-abe; all with an attached bathroom. Beds are very firm and I suggest brining your own pillows if you’re picky like me. Deck was a great size with comfortable seating. Kitchen was well appointed with what we needed; however, the Keurig sounded as if it was giving up the ghost, but still brewed. Proximity to the beach and pool was excellent. The condo was overall clean; however, there were some obvious misses (like a 1/2 eaten sandwich left in the laundry room, and bands off someone’s braces were missed in one of the bathrooms). When we called management, she was obviously apologetic; turns out 2 new people had been the ones to clean…they offered to send someone to take care of the issues which we declined. The pros outweighed the few cons so we would definitely stay again.

Have stayed yearly at Beach Colony West for our annual family get together and this has been the best well stocked kitchen of all. I brought my pots and pans as usual and never needed them. Decorated nicely. All of my family members said the beds were very comfortable. We have always stayed in A units and this one was by far the most comfortable. Already booked for next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 6 nights with our children and grandchildren. So, it was great. There were some issues, though. The condo wasn't released to us until around 4:30 on the day of arrival. The code for the non-owner's storage was not in our room and despite several calls to any and all numbers we could find, we never received a return call. On the day of departure, there were NO CARTS from about 10:00 pm on Friday night until after we left around 7:30 am causing us to have to carry everything (8 people's stuff) from the 12th floor to our vehicles in the rain. Other than that, it was great.

Well stocked kitchen, lots of games for all ages and two beach chairs. The balcony was spacious and windy with a fantastic view. I enjoy my coffee there every morning.
