Maravista-pas des plages! Courte promenade à trois plages de baignade différentes - 4 maisons loin de la plage de sable de Great Bay, ce qui est parfait pour les enfants. Avec pas de circulation, pas de marées rip, et de l'eau chaude, il est facile de prendre les enfants à cette belle plage, et ils vont chercher l'amour ermite crabes ici.
Immense cour pour les enfants! Profitez de la cour ensoleillée entièrement clôturée et adaptée aux enfants, avec un ensemble de balançoires en séquoia et un hamac sous de grands arbres d'ombrage.
Superbes vues sur l'eau depuis la cuisine et la suite principale et le pont du deuxième étage. Une rampe publique est un 1/4 mile away. Le Cape Cod décor intérieur nautique vous rappelle constamment où vous êtes. La maison est rénovée avec des appareils plus récents dans la cuisine et un patio dalles pour profiter de l'extérieur. Un pont balcon au deuxième étage est idéal pour les réceptions.
Profitez de l'odeur de l'air de la mer de sel, de refroidissement brises de l'océan et chaleureuse nager dans l'océan de l'eau. À quelques minutes des traversiers, des plages, du golf, du tennis, des boutiques et des restaurants de Martha's Vineyard.

Family getaway

This is the second summer here and just booked again for next summer! Our family lives the location and the beach is beautiful. We have many friends and family in the area and it makes it very easy to all be together..

Great summer beach cottage

Beautiful home walking distance to the beach and a beautiful walkway in the Falmouth Heights. Dan and Renee are very accommodating and responsive. Beautifully maintained, spacious backyard with swing set, picnic table and outdoor shower.

Great summer cottage!

Great place to stay for the week--clean, plenty of beds, everything you need to cook, washer/dryer, comfortable, and a ~10 min walk to a public beach. Guests were me, my husband, our two-year-old and my mom.

Great Location

My family has stayed at this home several times, and we will keep coming back! The location is great- easy walk to the beach and a short drive to shops and restaurants. The house has the feel of a cozy cottage although with plenty of sleeping options and a huge private yard, which is rare for the Cape. Hosts Dan and Renee are wonderful as well.

Lovely cottage with great location

This was my fourth stay at this cozy cottage within walking distance of 2 ponds and the ocean. Not far from downtown Falmouth. The owners couldnt be nicer and were always available if needed. Very clean, well kept with large back yard. Very happy place.

Lovely cottage for a family vacation

Really cute cottage with plenty of bed options and very well equipped. The fenced garden was fantastic and our 3 year old grandson loved the swing set and slide. It was also a peaceful neighbourhood. Excellent communication with the owners. I’d definitely stay again.

Lovely Falmouth Home

We have stayed at several Falmouth homes over the years. 30 Brockton St. is by far the best. Very clean and all the extras you could ever need. Will definitely book again for next year. The owners were super responsive regarding a couple of minor questions.

Lovely home in superb location!

This is our second stay at the house because we just love it. It is charmingly decorated with all the comforts of home. We love that we can walk our kayaks down to the bay just a few houses away and can walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes. The walking path along the bay is gorgeous. Convenient location to all of Falmouth, Woods Hole, and Mashpee. Special thanks to the owners for notifying us of the showing of Jaws on the lawn of the Oceanographic Institute!

Excellent. Comfortable. Very accommodating owners!

I agree with the other reviewer. We found this property to be excellent. The owners were very responsive, accommodating and helpful with any questions we had about the property and the area. The house was very comfortable and having two full baths plus the outdoor shower was a great convenience. The back yard was very large and private; the residential location was ideal proximity to the local beaches, accessing the conveniences of the Falmouth Center in just a few minutes drive, and biking/running. We would definitely rent this cottage again.

Fourth stay and looking forward to year five

This was the fourth year our family of three enjoyed this great property. Our now five year old is a big fan of the outdoor shower and looked forward to singing and dancing during her after beach showers! We walked to the beach everyday. It took us less than ten minutes to pull a wagon full of a kid and all the beach essentials to a great public beach. We walked to dinner at Shipwrecked one night which took about 15min. A walk to Black Dog for breakfast took about 20 min. I’m a runner and look forward to the running views here each year. This house quickly feels like home once we arrive and it’s always bittersweet to leave.

Great for Little Ones!

The fenced-in yard was super for the young grandchildren, and they had their first outdoor showers! The house had everything we needed, and we liked the Sandy beach area at the end of the street at low tide. Clean and nicely decorated.

Our second year and we love it

This was our second year at Danny & Renee’s house. We love it here! It’s so perfect for our two small kids. The house is easy to clean up quickly at the end of your stay. Beds are comfy. Having the washer and dryer is essential! The swing set in the backyard is new and we spent so much time out there. And the easy walk to the small inlet beach is our favorite part. We can’t wait for next year!

Another wonderful stay

Third time staying at this lovely home and definitely will be back again. The hosts couldn't be nicer. Location is ideal within walking distance of the ocean, two ponds and downtown Falmouth. It's like my second home.

wonderful location

this very pleasant home is in a fantastic location with many places to walk along the ocean and is within walking distance to the beach. We were 2 adults only but for a family, the yard is great with a play structure and lots of space.

Location is everything!

Very happy with this rental! Myself, my partner and our two toddlers were joined mid week by my parents, so 4 adults and 2 kids total. We felt the house was just enough space, beds were comfortable (doubles were maybe on the soft side for some), having washer/dryer was a huge plus, once we figured out that some pans were stored in the stove we felt the kitchen was adequately stocked, 2 bathrooms helps with a big group. The real selling points were outside! The playset in the backyard was so nice to have for the kids, the yard is spacious and nicely shaded with lots of adirondack chairs. The nearby Great Pond just a few steps from the house was our favorite morning activity. I cannot stress enough how perfect this was to have down the street with kids for playing in the sand, searching for seashells and hermit crabs. We also walked a couple of times to Bristol Beach. The surf was too rough for swimming but we did some good seashell searching. Groceries, the fishmarket, downtown Falmouth, CVS and everything we needed was a very quick drive away. For anyone with kids, Mullen Hall playground is worth the visit! Dan and Renee were easy to get in touch and quick to answer any questions. We're definitely hoping to be back again next year!

Great location, peaceful and great backyard.

Location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach and nice path around the pond. Very peaceful and relaxing week. The house was exactly as presented and the owner was very easy to communicate with.

Wonderful time

This is our second time staying at Dan and Renee's house. Location is amazing, close to the beach. Communication was excellent, Dan was very helpful and quick in responding. House is cozy and had everything we needed. Kids structure outside is a huge bonus. Our 4 year old twins spent almost all time either at the beach or backyard

Relaxing week at the beach!

We had a great stay! Location was ideal- easy walk to several nice beaches (avoid parking fee!) and a short drive to others. Restaurants and shopping close as well. Bedroom arrangements on 2 floors was a little tricky with young children but the location and backyard with playground make up for it. Playground was a bit rickety and I wish we could use wood in the firepit, but overall great experience!
