Beautiful 2 Bd/2Bth Hilton Head Condo with access to Westin Amenities (Sleeps 6)
Welcome to our favorite getaway location on Hilton Head Island! Our fully equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom second floor condo overlooks a lagoon and is adjacent to one of two separate pools on the property. The large living area includes a queen size sleeper sofa, which allows the condo to comfortably accommodate sleeping for 6 adults.
The full kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and full-size stove. Utensils, cooking and dinnerware are all provided. Outside grilling is available just a short walk out the front door. For any laundry needs, a washer and dryer is also located within the villa. All your linens are included. Two large beautiful well maintained pools (on-site) are walking distance from your villa along with access to all of Westin's pools. The living area includes cable HDTV and DVD player, WiFi internet access and a wet bar. The walkout deck has both a screened room and walkout area that overlooks the beautiful lagoon. The Ocean Palms property is a short walk to the beautiful Hilton Head beach. This rental also includes golf and tennis each day!
The condo is located in a great location adjacent to the Westin Resort in Port Royal Plantation, and offers privacy and easy access to all of Hilton Head’s many activities. Guests can walk or use the complimentary Westin shuttle to the Westin Resort. They also have full access to all the resorts’ wonderful amenities including full service at the Westin’s Heavenly Spa, access to their world class health club, three pools with towels provided, hot tub, three restaurants (including the poolside Tiki Hut) and easy beach access.
Visit Hilton Head’s more than 250 restaurants, grab a drink at some of their breweries or prepare your own meals in our fully equipped kitchen. There is so much to do and explore!
Hilton Head’s beaches are great for bike rides or you can enjoy the many paved bike paths all around the island. There are over 50 miles of bike trails on the Island so bring your bikes or rent them locally. There are bike racks right next to the unit to store and lock your bikes up as needed. Bike rentals are also available at the Port Royal Tennis Club.
All villa packages include beach access and resort and fitness center privileges at The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa. One golf card & one tennis card will be issued at the time of check-in. Tennis packages include one hour of tennis for up to 4 players at Port Royal Racquet Club per day. Golf packages include green fees for one round of golf per foursome at Port Royal Golf Club (Robbers Row or Barony) per day; or discounted rate at Shipyard Oyster Reef. You pay only the cart fee, the greens fees are included! This represents a savings of up to $90 per person depending on the season and time of day! Guests will just have to mention note they are guests at Ocean Palms and present their card at time of check-in at the course.
If you are interested in renting, book now as these units rent out fast, especially in during peak season from March through October. All weeks are rented from Saturday to Saturday. We look forward to having you as our guests and thank you for your interest in our property!
ADDITIONAL NOTE: This condo is part of a 1/5th ownership share (not timeshare). All the weeks are not available from myself as an owner. As part of our affiliation with the Westin Resort and Amenities, check-in is done through the Westin. A credit card will be required for at the time of check-in, which will only to be used for any damages that may occur and for the final cleaning fee ($231.11), and any resort charges you would like applied to your condo during your visit (meals, bike rental, etc.). The cleaning fee is charged only once at the end of your stay and is not dependent on the # of days stayed. Once the condo is rented through us as the owner of the available weeks noted in the listing, you will be booked as our guests in the Condo, and the Westin will provide you with all the amenities noted above at check-in.
