SEA PINES CHARGES $20.00 PER WEEK FOR A CAR PASS WHEN A GUEST IS RENTING IN SEA PINES. THE CAR PASS MAY BE PURCHASED BY THE GUEST AT THE DRIVE-THRU SECURITY GATE OR THROUGH THE PROPERTY OWNER AND THEN MAILED TO THE GUEST. THE VILLA OVERLOOKS THE NINTH TEE OF THE FAMOUS HARBOUR TOWN GOLF COURSE. WE HAVE A KEYLESS ENTRY, AND PARKING IS DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE VILLA. THERE ARE NO STAIRS ANYWHERE IN OUR HOME.

THE LIVING ROOM FEATURES VERY COMFORTABLE SEATING WITH ALL LEATHER FURNITURE INCLUDING TWO LARGE SOFAS AND A LEATHER RECLINER. WE HAVE A SAMSUNG HDTV, BLUE RAY, STEREO, AND A LARGE LIBRARY OF MOVIES FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT. GUESTS CAN ACCESS THEIR NETFLIX AND AMAZON PRIME ACCOUNTS.

THE MASTER BEDROOM HAS A PREMIUM KING-SIZE BEAUTYREST BED, SAMSUNG HD TV, AND LARGE HIS AND HER CLOSETS. THE MASTER BATHROOM HAS A RAIN SHOWER WITH A SEAT IN THE SHOWER AND GRANITE COUNTER.

IN THE GUEST BEDROOM THERE ARE TWO VERY COMFORTABLE DOUBLE BEDS, A SAMSUNG HDTV, AND A LARGE CLOSET. THE GUEST BATHROOM HAS A TUB/SHOWER COMBINATION AND GRANITE COUNTER. THE GUEST BATHROOM CONNECTS TO THE GUEST BEDROOM AND ALSO HAS A DOOR TO THE HALLWAY.

OUR HOME HAS A SPACIOUS SCREENED PORCH WITH A LARGE CEILING FAN OVERLOOKING THE 9TH TEE. THERE IS A WET BAR, WEBER CHARCOAL GRILL, UTILITY ROOM WITH A FULL-SIZE SPEED QUEEN WASHER AND DRYER, AND HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET.

SEA PINES IS THE LARGEST AND BEST-KNOWN RESORT ON HILTON HEAD ISLAND. THERE ARE MANY BEAUTIFUL BEACHES, ACRES OF FOREST PRESERVE, THREE GOLF COURSES, A RACQUET CLUB, RIDING STABLES, AND 17 MILES OF MOSTLY SHADED PAVED BIKE AND WALKING PATHS. THE VILLA IS LOCATED AT 62 PLANTATION DRIVE IN SEA PINES. THE EXACT LOCATION OF THE VILLA CAN BE SEEN ON GOOGLE MAPS. SEARCH FOR 157 HARBOURWOOD VILLA.

IN HARBOUR TOWN THERE ARE MANY SHOPS, GREAT RESTAURANTS, THE MARINA, AND THE FAMOUS LIGHTHOUSE. EVERYONE LOVES THE CRAZY CRAB FOR EXCELLENT SEAFOOD.
GREGG RUSSELL ENTERTAINS THE CHILDREN AND ADULTS DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS UNDER THE BIG OAK TREE EVERY NIGHT EXCEPT SATURDAY. HIS SHOW STARTS AT 8 PM.

OUR GUESTS RECEIVE A DISCOUNTED RATE FOR BICYCLE RENTALS. YOU CAN PICK THE BIKES UP OR THEY OFFER FREE DELIVERY AND PICK UP AND INCLUDE A BASKET AND LOCK.

THREE BEAUTIFUL CLUBS IN SEA PINES SERVE BREAKFAST, LUNCH, AND DINNER. THE HARBOUR TOWN GOLF CLUB, (LINKS RESTAURANT) CAN BE SEEN FROM THE VILLA IF YOU WALK OUTSIDE BEHIND THE VILLA. THE HERON POINT GOLF CLUB, (FRASER'S TAVERN,) AND THE SEA PINES BEACH CLUB. (COAST RESTAURANT SERVES LUNCH AND DINNER ONLY.)

WE ARE ONE MILE FROM THE SEA PINES BEACH CLUB. (87 NORTH SEA PINES DRIVE) PARKING IS LIMITED AT THE BEACH CLUB DURING SPRING AND SUMMER MONTHS. (MARCH THROUGH LABOR DAY) ONLY 50 CARS WILL BE ADMITTED EACH MORNING TO THE BEACH CLUB. AFTER THAT ANYONE THAT WANTS TO GO TO THE BEACH CLUB MAY RIDE THE FREE BEACH TROLLEY OR BIKE ON THE PAVED BIKE PATHS. (ONE MILE, 15 MINUTES) YOU CAN EVEN RIDE YOUR BIKE ON THE BEACH.

SPEND THE DAY SWIMMING IN THE OCEAN AND ENJOYING THE BEACH. AFTER LABOR DAY ANYONE RENTING IN SEA PINES CAN PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

EVERY KIND OF WATER SPORT IS AVAILABLE IN SEA PINES (HARBOUR TOWN OR SOUTH BEACH) INCLUDING JET-SKIING, EXPLORING BY KAYAK, CANOE, PADDLE BOARDING, AND PARASAILING.

WE HAVE GREAT FISHING IN THE FRESH AND SALTWATER PONDS IN SEA PINES. PURCHASE A $5.00 LICENSE AT THE CSA BUILDING. (GOOD FOR YOUR ENTIRE GROUP) THE REDFISH CAUGHT THERE ARE EXCELLENT! (SEE THE PICTURE.) CATCH SOME BLUE CRABS FOR DINNER.

GUIDED HORSEBACK-RIDING TOURS INTO THE BEAUTIFUL FOREST PRESERVE ARE AVAILABLE AT LAWTON STABLES. THEY ALSO HAVE PONY RIDES AND A PETTING AREA. TAKE A SELF-GUIDED WALKING TOUR THROUGH THE FOREST PRESERVE AND BE SURE TO VISIT THE BAYNARD RUINS. GET IN SHAPE AT THE FITNESS CENTER.

PLAY GOLF ON THE FAMOUS HARBOUR TOWN GOLF COURSE, THE HERON POINT COURSE, OR THE ATLANTIC DUNES (OCEAN COURSE) IN SEA PINES.

TAKE A BIKE RIDE TO SOUTH BEACH MARINA, (3 MILES) AND VISIT THE SALTY DOG RESTAURANTS, STORES, AND TEE SHIRT FACTORY. YOU CAN GO OCEAN FISHING ON THE DRIFT BOAT FROM SOUTH BEACH.

Great Heritage Location

Had a wonderful week. The Heritage PGA Tour event was that week and we were right in the middle of it. The owner was fantastic all the way throughout the process. Will absolutely stay again. One negative: If you’re there during the Heritage and like to rent/ride bikes, just know you can’t go in/out of the neighborhood while the golf is playing. Other than that very minor issue it was perfect.

Marvelous

The property owner was awesome. Her property on Harbor Town Golf Links was wonderful and perfect location in Sea Pines. We had plenty of restaurants and bike paths to enjoy. Me and my 16 year old enjoyed playing a couple rounds of golf and the 11 year old joined us for some amazing deep sea fishing. I would recommend highly this two bedroom condo for anyone thinking about going to Hilton Head. She made sure our stay was perfect and I can’t think her enough. Definitely would stay there again. Convenient and clean

The villa has a golf course right out the back door. There is a beautiful screened in porch to sit at and enjoy the evening and we even saw some deer. It has ceiling fans throughout to help keep that villa cool. The host was very prompt in answering any and all questions. It is close to the attractions in Sea Pines. The trolley was very convenient for when the other adult had the vehicle. I would rent this villa again.

Wonderful time at Sea Pines!

Our family of four had a wonderful trip to Hilton Head and enjoyed all of the amenities offered in Sea Pines Resort. Janet was so accommodating and helpful with recommendations for our stay, and the property was exactly as described. The location is ideal being on the Harbour Town Golf course as well as very close to the Sea Pines Shops and Beach club. The villa was spacious, very clean, and well stocked with everything we needed for the duration of our stay. I would highly recommend this villa and we will definitely be coming back here in the not too distant future!

Perfect location

The villa was clean and well maintained. One floor was perfect. Screened in porch was ideal for watching golfers tee off. Short walk to Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center. It was a pleasure to work with Janet.

Wonderful

We very much enjoyed our stay at Janet's villa in Sea Pines. The villa was clean and very comfortable. The king bed was a dream and the kitchen was stocked with everything a cook could possibly need. There were instructions on everything in the villa and Janet promptly answered any questions making it a 'no hassle' vacation. We would definitely stay again. A great place to stay

Janet, the owner, quickly responded to our initial booking on VRBO. She made herself available before and during our stay: answering questions, making suggestions, and generally doing all she could to make sure that we enjoyed our time in her condo, even answering questions that she had already addressed in the informative packet that she sent! The condo is located in a lovely area of Sea Pines within easy walking, or bike riding, distance to Harbour Town. It was well stocked with anything that we could have needed. We enjoyed our stay and would be more than happy to rent from Janet again.

Great Villa and Location

Owner provided everything we could possibly need for the week. Was exactly as described. Especially enjoyed the screen lanai and two full size couches. Great location - walking distance to Harbour Town. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again. And thank you for the great snacks!

Our first time in Hilton head, this was a great property to rent. Walking distance to Harbor Town and more. Take the trolley to the beach. Walk or take a short drive to several good restaurants. Sea Pines is a beautiful part of the island. Janet was very attentive and efficient.

Sea Pines Villa

As with all older properties there is maintenance needed. Overall the unit inside was clean and has all you need. Furnishings were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The bathtub in the second BR needs a lot of attention and the exterior does as well. We struggled a bit to get our bearings as we had not been in this part of Sea Pines before. I’m not sure what the owner could do about that and once we sorted out where things were it is close to the beach and restaurants, especially Harbor Town.

Snowbirds

This is the first time we attempted the 'snowbird' life, and this was a great villa for that experience! The location is perfect, bike anywhere, but also within walking distance of Harbourtown, and the beach club. Janet is a wonderful host, and has a lovely property. She is very responsive (practically immediately) and accommodating. This was also our first experience staying in anything other than a hotel or BnB... and we are sold! We will definitely look to do this again next year.. it was so hard to leave.

40th Anniversary/ 1st time to Hilton Head

Having a private condo for our stay was very nice. Location was well centered to golf and lighthouse dining. Nice walk trails out the door. Beautiful to be directly on golf course. Although the condo offered all the amenities some of the conveniences weren’t working. The TV box in master bedroom did not work, husband disconnected box from second bedroom and then replaced it before we left. Although all rooms were inviting with plenty of towels and clean sheets. We washed our top blanket and found the bed to be very worn with little support. Upon entrance into condo it seemed clean and tidy but in a very short time we were very disappointed in the fact that all was surface cleaned but not deep cleaned. In master bedroom it was repulsive behind headboard and I can’t believe it has been cleaned under bed in months. The tracks to all sliding glass doors had dead insects and dirt. The front door entrance was also in need of a good cleaning. Having been disappointed with the cleanliness appearance we felt very apprehensive about using any of the appliances or kitchen ware without cleaning everything thoroughly ourselves. Also doorknob (2nd door next to master bedroom entrance door )on closet in master room came off in my husbands hand but he bought a tool and replaced it for the owner. Came off the 2nd day of stay. Was hoping for the money we would have found a more pristine interior. (Especially in light of Covid and trying to be so careful.) On that issue alone we would not rent this condo a second time.

Location & Relaxation

We had a great experience. It was our 1st VRBO and didn't know what to expect. It was a wonderful 1st time. Great homebase located on the 9th tee at Harbour Town Golf Links, 5 minute walk to Seapines Center where you catch the shuttle to the beach club and south beach, rent bikes and dine. Our day was typically beach then pool then chill at the Jezek crib to shower cool off and relax before we explored the islands terrific restaurants. Janet was an amazing communicator and very accomodating!

Awesome rental!!

This Villa has it all…. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped with lots of extras. The location is superb for walking , biking, golfing, tennis, the beach and the vast array of restaurants in the area….including Harbourtown! The owner participates and takes great pride in helping you enjoy this rental and all that Sea Pines has to offer! You won’t be disappointed booking this Villa!

Great location.

The condo was clean and and had plenty of room. Location is perfect. Short walk or drive to harbor town. Beach bar is a short drive and all of the golf courses are right there. No reason to leave Sea Pines if you don't want to.

Complete We were three elderly ladies who have never been to Hilton head Island. We had some day trips planned which worked out fine. Instructions on entering and leaving the condo were complete and easy to understand.

Our villa in Sea Pines is our second home, and we have been welcoming guests to our home since 2002 when we started advertising on VRBO. My husband and I live in Lake Worth Beach, Florida. We are retired and have 3 adult children. We used to come to Hilton Head to visit my parents with our children. We loved it so much we decided we wanted a vacation home in Sea Pines. We try to visit as often as possible.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our villa complex (Harbourwood Villas) has only 18 villas and is all at ground level. Most of the villas in Sea Pines are townhouses which have a second floor. We love being able to have no stairs anywhere in our home and parking directly in front of the villa.

The view of the 9th tee of the Harbour Town golf course is great, and our central location (close to everything) in Sea Pines is perfect.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Hilton Head is such a change from our home in Florida. We love biking, crabbing, fishing, and wildlife in Sea Pines. We enjoy listening to the live music entertainment and trying out all the great restaurants on Hilton Head Island.

There are paved bike paths all over Sea Pines and Hilton Head. Many days we go for a 15 mile bike ride. My husband also likes to fish in all the ponds around Sea Pines.

We are very lucky to have a second home in Sea Pines, and we enjoy welcoming guests to our villa.
