Had a great stay, bed were comfy, house was clean, hot tub was hot, and location was great. There was even enough laundry detergent to wash our clothes which was huge plus, since some places only give you one or two pods. Would def recommend and would stay here again.

This home is immaculate and beautiful! Spent a family weekend in Austin attending a wedding - all three of our adult children had their own stunning rooms and bathrooms, lots of amenities.Another bedroom/bath on main floor for us parents! Very comfortable beds! Just a couple notes for host;-replace skillets cookware-offer luxury bath size towels-add pizza cutter/pans to kitchenware The pool a godsend for Austin heat and the jacuzzi so enjoyable late night! Close to everything and great Phoebe’s Diner for breakfast/lunch and Starbucks one block away!! Thank you, we had a blast!

We had a great stay with an excellent host. The home provided enough space easily for seven people to sleep, and the Jacuzzi was super useful during our stay. I left rejuvenated and happy that I had trusted this location to host our family during the Austin marathon.

We had a great stay at this property. The house was super clean, comfortable, updated, and in a really convenient location. There was plenty of parking, and the beds and pillows were so comfortable, which was a huge plus.The only downside was that the hot tub wasn’t filled enough and could have been cleaner. That being said, it was extremely hot weather while we were there, so we honestly weren’t planning to use it anyway! We also didn’t contact the owner about it, but I’m confident they would have been quick to fix the situation on the spot if we did want to use it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Hot tub was heated and ready house when we arrived. The back yard grassy area was perfect for our dog. Location was so convenient to downtown and the UT football game.

Good location easy to walk to sports bars and fun activities. The BBQ restaurants were all 10 minute drive or less. The house was fun and had plenty to offer. The pool and the spa were perfect for entertaining

Clean, bright, spacious and beautifully decorated house! Very well-equipped for the cooking & grilling we did. We appreciated the laundry, dish washing and paper supplies, which were more than enough for our 4-night stay with 4 adults. House had plenty of beach towels, which we used for a day at Barton Springs. Pool was a little too cold for us, but the hot tub was great. We really enjoyed hanging out in the pool area - whole backyard was a great use of outdoor space for fun activities or just lounging. Great location for a walk to Lamar, First St. or Congress St. food and entertainment. HEB grocery nearby. Host was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Property was super cute and accommodating! The rooms do not have ceiling fans, there was one plug in fan which was helpful (I suggest more). No seasonings in the kitchen so if you plan to cook, bring your own! It was great overall! Plenty of bathrooms, great lighting for photo ops, super aesthetic and clean! Great location and perfect for our bachelorette party!
