The location of this comfy cottage is beyond gorgeous, it’s also super convenient. I was mesmerized by the river right outside the glass door, the gorgeous tree just off the deck, and the beautiful homes across the water all lit up at night. Every day’s agenda took us in a different direction and the location was a super easy starting point for everything we did all week long. For me, this place was a fabulous find.

Great place

We enjoyed the location right on the river and trail. Also the pool/hot tub was very nice. Of course the bathroom with the steamy shower was awesome.

Two night stay was very enjoyable. Unit was nice and clean, but would recommend new couch in living room. Great location in a beautiful area. Overall a good experience.

Relaxing River View

Great location and view!

This condo and rental was perfect for our family of three with a ten year old and a 30 pound dog. We loved the location for views, walking, accessibility to all that Bend has to offer, the pool, and the steam shower. We would definitely stay here again.

I haven't been to Bend in decades and wanted to spend time at the river. This was the perfect view and location! A great space and a fantastic shower/steam room.

Beautiful walkable spot to downtown Bend

This was a beautiful spot. Everything was smooth from the check in process to response time from the owner. The unit was beautiful, and had gorgeous views of the river. It made for such a cozy weekend away. Highly recommend!

Staying on the river was beautiful! Easy walk along the River to downtown restaurants and shops. The place was small but very efficient. We had everything we needed plus an incredible shower! It would have been perfect if it was a King size bed.The guest before us left dirty towels in the washer. Otherwise the place was clean.

Riverhouse Cottage

The cottage was the perfect location and such a beautiful stroll into town! My only compliant was the cleanliness mentioned by other reviewers. I emailed the staff about the broken garbage disposal and filthy AC filter, and both issues were corrected that same day. I would absolutely stay there again.

Could use a little furniture update

View was great, location was the best, outlet in bathroom still not fixed, We would again stay in the Hot Dam room. Enjoyed the view and being close a nice walk way for our dog. Nice to have the washer and dryer Wish the garbage deposit area was closer to manageable. Just drove to it. Shower was great and warm floor were a nice asset All and all would recommend.

The location really can't be beat, with the patio out back that is just a stone's throw from the river! Makes for some great r&r time! Sorry that the dumpster area wasn't the most convenient to get to, that is where our HOA has placed it and unfortunately we don't get a say in that part. The heated floors sure to help the coziness of the condo, don't they!? We can't wait to have you back next time you want a little trip to Bend!

25th anniversary

The view was for sure the best part of this cute little room. But the beds were so uncomfortable (why not a king bed)?! The seating was also uncomfortable. Just a few updates and it is spot on! Check in was a breeze! We showed up about 20 min early for check in. After driving through a blizzard( mini blizzard) the very nice girl at check in was so nice and and was a delight! It really is beautiful just a few updates.

We will be headed over to the unit this week to test out the mattresses and if they happen to need replacement, we could try to look into possibly upgrading the mattress to a king size.
