The location of this comfy cottage is beyond gorgeous, it’s also super convenient. I was mesmerized by the river right outside the glass door, the gorgeous tree just off the deck, and the beautiful homes across the water all lit up at night. Every day’s agenda took us in a different direction and the location was a super easy starting point for everything we did all week long. For me, this place was a fabulous find.

Great place

We enjoyed the location right on the river and trail. Also the pool/hot tub was very nice. Of course the bathroom with the steamy shower was awesome.

Staying on the river was beautiful! Easy walk along the River to downtown restaurants and shops. The place was small but very efficient. We had everything we needed plus an incredible shower! It would have been perfect if it was a King size bed.The guest before us left dirty towels in the washer. Otherwise the place was clean.
View from the patio.
Lots of grass a short distance from the unit. Dog friendly!
On our walk to downtown.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the peaceful riverfront location, the easy walk into downtown, and that the space had everything you needed; plus that incredible shower. We hear you on the bed size and will keep that in mind for future updates. We’re also sorry about the towels left in the washer; that should have been caught before your arrival, and we’ll make sure our housekeeping team double-checks those details. We appreciate your kind words and would love to welcome you back!

Riverhouse Cottage

The cottage was the perfect location and such a beautiful stroll into town! My only compliant was the cleanliness mentioned by other reviewers. I emailed the staff about the broken garbage disposal and filthy AC filter, and both issues were corrected that same day. I would absolutely stay there again.

Nice property with great views of the river. Property manager was very helpful and friendly. Some small issues with cleanliness, inoperable and/or functionality of accessories such as various lighting, heated floors, and shower functions was troubling. However, we did enjoy our stay

Could use a little furniture update

View was great, location was the best, outlet in bathroom still not fixed, We would again stay in the Hot Dam room. Enjoyed the view and being close a nice walk way for our dog. Nice to have the washer and dryer Wish the garbage deposit area was closer to manageable. Just drove to it. Shower was great and warm floor were a nice asset All and all would recommend.

We're so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay in the 'Hot Dam' condo here at Bend Riverside Rentals! The location really can't be beat, with the patio out back that is just a stone's throw from the river! Makes for some great r&r time! Sorry that the dumpster area wasn't the most convenient to get to, that is where our HOA has placed it and unfortunately we don't get a say in that part. The heated floors sure to help the coziness of the condo, don't they!? We can't wait to have you back next time you want a little trip to Bend!

25th anniversary

The view was for sure the best part of this cute little room. But the beds were so uncomfortable (why not a king bed)?! The seating was also uncomfortable. Just a few updates and it is spot on! Check in was a breeze! We showed up about 20 min early for check in. After driving through a blizzard( mini blizzard) the very nice girl at check in was so nice and and was a delight! It really is beautiful just a few updates.

Thank you for all of this amazing feedback, Kelly! You have given us some great things for us to think about and defiantly take into consideration. We will be headed over to the unit this week to test out the mattresses and if they happen to need replacement, we could try to look into possibly upgrading the mattress to a king size. We will also check out the seating arrangements! Thank you again!
