We’re very glad you loved the location and enjoyed the Oasis pool, but we’re truly sorry that the condition and cleanliness of the condo fell short of expectations. We especially apologize for the floors. We completely understand how upsetting and stressful that would be when traveling with a crawling baby. The issues you described with the baseboards, window sills, showers, walls, and leftover soap are also not consistent with the level of cleanliness we expect, and we will be addressing these concerns with our housekeeping team. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the mattresses, bedding, and overall condition of the condo and will be sharing those recommendations with the property owner as items to consider for replacement and updating.
