Enjoy your all-inclusive stay at the Wharf! From the beautiful 7th floor view overlooking the marina to everything you can possibly want on the bottom floor! Restaurants, shopping, movie theater, concerts, bars/entertainment, mini grocery store..you name it! Let's not forget the Oasis! Wave pool, lazy river, swim pool, kid slides, beach volleyball, and restaurant! With everything centrally located downstairs, you won't even need to leave! Only an 8 min drive to the nearest public beach!

The Wharf has EVERYTHING you need for an amazing trip!! Listed below is our favorite grocery stores, restaurants, and things to do in and outside of The Wharf!!

GROCERY:
We know one of the first things you do when you get to your final destination is unload, unpack, and then head straight to the grocery store!
We personally love to shop at Publix and Rouses.
They have everything you need- from food, to toiletries, to clothes, to beach essentials!
Both of the stores are located about 10 minutes from the Wharf along Perdido Beach Blvd.

PRO TIP:
If you’re staying at the Wharf during a concert weekend, beware of the busyness in the restaurants at dinner!
They do not offer ‘take-out’ orders for dinner when a concert is being performed that night.
The restaurants fill up fast, so either eat early, make reservations far in advance, or plan to cook in.
(it’s almost impossible to leave and get back inside the parking garage when a concert is happening)

THE OASIS:

One of the best parts of your stay will be hanging out at the Oasis!

The Oasis is a private resort area for owners and guests only! You get the tropical feel without large crowds, rip currents, sand, or worrying if your kids are going too deep into the gulf waters!

The Oasis includes an ocean waves simulation, wave-pool, lazy river, kiddie slides, kiddie pool, large pool swimming area, hot tub, in-pool basketball goals, net climbing, volleyball sand courts, an Oasis bar with delicious food/drinks/alcohol, and lots of clean bathrooms!

The Oasis has its own trolley that picks up guests to bring them to/from the condos. If you walk to Yoho Tacos you will see the Oasis Bulletin; on it is the phone number to call for the trolley to pick you up. Be sure to ask the driver what time the trolley stops running in the evening so you don’t have to walk back! (Trolley availability varies by season)

You do have the option to drive to the Oasis if you’d rather that.
Open 337 days/year! Closed in February for renovations.
Hours: 9:00am- 8:00pm
Trolly Hours: 10:00am-6:00pm
Reminder: No food or drinks are allowed in The Oasis

Getting Around:
When driving into the Wharf, you will park on the 3rd floor in the East parking garage (the garage closest to the amphitheater and Oasis).

When you get to the 3rd floor entrance you will need to use a code to enter (code will be given after booking).

We have ONE designated parking spot 703. Place your parking pass on the dashboard of your vehicle! (this will be sitting on the kitchen counter for you). There is guest parking on the 1st and 2nd floors for any other cars in your party!

*If you are parked on the 3rd floor without a parking pass you will receive a ‘tow notice’ and potentially have your car towed.

Concert getaway.

We had a wonderful stay and already booked to come back next month. Walking distance of Amplitheater and all the conveniences you need. Short drive to the beach also!

Lovely condo overlooking marina. Nice location for restaurants, dolphin cruise, some shopping & Oasis outdoor pool. We were bonused with a Mardi Gras parade in front of our condo.

Our stay was absolutely delightful! The Wharf offers so many activities and amenities that you hardly need to leave the property. The views are breathtaking, and the check-in process was seamless. The host was fantastic, staying in touch with us throughout our visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Wharf and were sad to see it come to an end

Great week at the Wharf!

This was our first stay at the Wharf. We had a wonderful time from shopping, eating at all the fabulous restaurants and swimming at the Oasis! We will be back!

Condo at the Wharf for Jason Aldean concert

We had a really good time. There was a lot to do there and it was great to not have to drive anywhere. The only thing we would have liked to see changed is more signage to the pool (which has nothing to do with the owners of the condo and for it to be a little quieter at night. :)

Amazing Condo

This unit is everything the listing described. The owner and property manager leaves tons of information in regards to the unit and amenities. Just keep in mind that the Wharf is an entertainment district so the crowd can be heavy at night and pretty loud. Our family enjoyed the live music on the balcony every night. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Nice Stay

Condo was as expected based on listing. A/C worked great. The grill on the patio was a nice addition. It does get loud from events on the weekends particularly if there is a concert, but that was expected. The Oasis pool was a hit with the kids. It was slightly disappointing that you can’t bring food or drink into the Oasis but that’s business I guess.

Weekend at the wharf

Condo was great, everything as advertised in side of the property. Only issue is the outdoor music from a ground level bar/club playing until midnight on Friday and Saturday nights was loud enough to hear inside the unit on the 7th floor and made it difficult to sleep. A heads up before hand would have been nice.

The bar directly across our unit was much too loud, it was like they wanted all of the Wharf to hear it (which was probably true).

Nice place

Nice place to stay with kids! Just wish there was way to get cart to second floor parking that was very inconvenient to try to get everything to room when you had two cars ! The music from downstairs was very loud from the bars and kept children awake late but it was still nice if it would have been just adults . The kids loved the oasis !! And they loved the streets musics and light shows and fireworks ! I loved that washer dryer was there! I needed to let the owner know that we couldn’t get the back sliding door to lock but forgot to call the number they left in condo before we left with the small children !
