Ma cour est juste sur le sable blanc sucré, et dans le "West End" très recherché de Panama City Beach! Garez votre véhicule juste devant la porte d'entrée de mon lotissement. Dirigez-vous directement vers le curseur de la porte arrière et sur le patio privé, puis directement sur le sable de sucre, pour l'écraser entre vos orteils et attraper quelques rayons de soleil sur la plage! Asseyez-vous sur la terrasse ou le sable, ou promenez-vous sur la plage pour sentir la brise du golfe!. Lorsque vous êtes prêt pour un plongeon, marchez directement du patio au sable, puis directement dans les belles eaux émeraude du golfe du Mexique! Ou, si vous aimez la pêche, apportez votre équipement et lancez une ligne dans l'océan depuis votre plage arrière-cour!
Vous serez dans un quartier très sûr, calme et familial, mais suffisamment proche pour participer à autant d'activités que vous le souhaitez.

Si vous décidez de faire un tour en voiture, c'est seulement à environ 6 miles du Frank Brown Park, où des jeux de ballon, des concerts, des piscines intérieure et extérieure et d'autres activités ont lieu régulièrement. Si vous avez envie d'aller à Pier Park, il ne vous faudra que 7 miles pour faire du shopping, des restaurants, des concerts, pêcher au large de la jetée et un large éventail d'autres événements. Si vous avez envie de jouer au golf, ce n'est qu'à une courte distance en voiture de notre maison de ville de superbes terrains de golf: le Holiday Golf Club - 9 miles, le Hombre Golf Club - 12 miles et le Signal Hill Golf Club - 13 miles. N'oubliez pas d'emporter votre glacière et quelques chaises pour visiter St. Andrew State Park, faites une sortie de pêche ou regardez les bateaux de pêche en haute mer qui arrivent chaque après-midi à Treasure Island Marina, avec des bateaux pleins de poissons. Le Silver Sands Outlet Mall n'est qu'à environ 25 miles en voiture à l'ouest de ma maison de ville.

Pour les motards et les amateurs de vélo, nous sommes idéalement situés à quelques kilomètres de Pier Park, du concessionnaire Harley Davidson et du concessionnaire indien, pour les événements à venir pendant la semaine de Thunder Beach. Il y a normalement une grande exposition de certaines des belles motos à Pier Park.

Such an amazing place!

Everything about this place is amazing! The location is perfect, open the back door and you’re on a beautiful private beach, it wasn’t crowded at all which is why we chose this place. The sunsets here are stunning, with white sands and clear water, it’s hard to leave the beach. The house has everything you need for your stay, the owner is extremely nice and is happy to hear about the great time you had at her place. I can’t recommend this place enough, if we come back to this area, we are definitely staying here again!

Perfect!

Condo was perfect. RIGHT on the beach. Gloria was quick to respond. And the condo was exactly as described. Location was great, close to grocery stores and restaurants but NOT near a high rise so beach wasn’t crowded. We would definitely rent here again.

Excellent vacation!!

This by far has been our best vacation ever. The location is the best on Panama City Beach!! The owner was great to work with! I cannot wait to visit this townhome again, we loved everything about it!!!

The beach the way it used to be

This condo on the west of Panama City Beach is reminiscent of the beach decades ago. It is quiet, clean, and family friendly. Our family found it to be the perfect get away. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to return!

Great Family Vacation Location

We highly recommend Gloria’s home to anyone looking for a quiet beach vacation. The location couldn’t be better. It’s literally right on the beach which made it super easy to get our three young kids outside and having fun. Her home was clean and spacious. Gloria was also very nice to work with and kept great communication with me regarding our stay.

Great place!

We loved this place directly on the beach. The pictures do not do this place justice. The townhouse is clean and comfortable. The location just cannot be beat. It is so quiet and away from the touristy area of Panama City Beach, yet close to the grocery store and several restaurants. Gloria, the owner, was very attentive, but not intrusive. We can't wait to go back.

Beautiful Place to Stay!

Love this townhome!! Perfect quiet location, straight off the patio is the beach, great views, clean, decorated beautifully, and owner thought of all the little things to make your stay comfortable. Our first time staying here. Will be back!!! No complaints! Perfect!

Quiet and Peaceful Oasis!

If you are looking for a relaxing get away that is right on the beach then look no further. The beach is beautiful and very clean! You are only minutes from the action at the tourist attractions. The rental process was a breeze and Gloria is virtually with you to answer questions and work with you to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I know my wife is looking forward to returning soon!!!

LOVED LOVED LOVED IT!!

Excellent place to stay if you are looking for somewhere quite and away from all the craziness of PCB east end. You can walk to Winn Dixie and Bayou Bill's if you wish. House was very clean and Gloria is great to deal with! You can walk out the patio doors and be on the beach. One of my favorite places I've ever stayed!

Another great trip!

Another year another great trip. Very nice upgrades from last year and can't wait to see what you're going to do with it in future eventhough it's already perfect for a relaxing getaway. Gloria is very easy to work with and she is very accommodating. I'm so glad we found her but we're sad that this secret won't last forever!

Perfect spot

This is our new favorite place to stay! The beach was not crowded even for Memorial Day and was at the doorstep! We all agreed this was the beast beach trip with the nicest beach and accommodations that we have had in this area. The townhouse was clean and quiet and the kitchen well stocked with pans, etc. Two grocery stores within 1/2 mile was nice and is close to shopping and activities in PCB. Gloria is the perfect host, very responsive and helpful and easy to communicate with. We would love to stay here again!

Excellent amenities and stay!

We really enjoyed this unit. The view was to die for and the ocean sounds were so therapeutic!! It was awesome just reading under umbrellas while taking in such a great view! The bedrooms were all upstairs, a problem for the elderly or handicapped, but the unit was otherwise very functional, meeting every need. The only reason it's not 5 star is the bedroom location. I really enjoyed it and recommend it highly!

Absolute tranquility!!

This beach home has everything. There is no parking garage or elevator hassles, instead you park right at the front door and the beach is two steps out the back door. The home is fully furnished with all the accessories of home. There are no high-rises in the area so the beach is not crowded. The owner is extremely gracious & accommodating, allowing early check in when possible. There is a big closet full of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc that the owner allows guests to use. I love everything about this place & can't wait to return.

Loved this place! Was perfect for our family!

This was the perfect spot for us! My husband and I and our two boys went for the weekend and had the best time! It is right on the beach, you walk out of the living room and you are on the beach! It was perfect. The home was clean and had everything we needed and more! I have never stayed where so much was already provided! We were able to dive the ocean and fish, right outside of the home. We will definitely be staying here again and again! Gloria, the owner, is amazing. She helped us with so many things...offered info for our interests while we were there, she answered every question immediately, very easy to contact. If you’re looking for a beautiful, private beach home, this is one worth staying in!

Great Relaxing Week!

We enjoyed our time very much. Some of the pictures does not do the place justice. It's really clean and comfortable. She even left popcicles and water. For the first part of the week we pretty much slept in with the doors open to feel the breeze and listen to the waves. We've rented in this area across the street for its quiet location even during peak season. We annually come to PCB for over 15 years and have decided this will be our new spot. Thanks Gloria! Can't wait to look at our calendar and rebook for next year!

Probably would not recommend. This condo.

Condo was not as clean as it could have been. Mirrors on walls were dirty. Floor in downstairs bathroom not cleaned. Sheets on master bed were old and warn. View and beach access was excellent.

Very satisfied with our stay

My husband and I stayed here for a week, and we had a wonderful time! It's an excellent location, with numerous choices of restaurants. Winn Dixie and CVS are just across the street, so you have quick access to anything you need. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and cook your own meals. It was very clean. There's also a shower and water house on the patio, so it's easy to keep sand out of the house! There are beach chairs, umbrellas, shovels, buckets, etc for your use during your stay. Mrs. McGowan is such a friendly person, and she responded to messages immediately. It is a quiet area, and I think it would be a great place to vacation with our children even. I would recommend this property to anyone.

This property gets big and little things right.

This house is exactly as it appears in the listing. It's pretty, comfortable, and functional and has all the necessary accoutrements. The beach is right there, it's beautiful and uncrowded, and I especially enjoyed sitting outside before dawn, watching the full moon reflected on the water. But the things that stand out are the small details that make a difference: generously sized coffee mugs, sturdy outside furniture, beach equipment that is good quality and in excellent condition. I also must mention that Gloria responded promptly and completely to a lot of requests for information and assistance, both before and during the visit, and never made me feel that I was bothering her.

My family has lived in the Panama City Beach FL area for over 80 years.
We cherish our memories made while visiting our grandmother, aunts, uncles, & cousins while at Panama City Beach.
It is so calming & refreshing to breathe in the salt air and walk on the beach,
It never gets old to watch the dolphins play, to see the fish & stingrays jumping out of the water, to go shopping at the fantastic retail and outlet centers, to eat a wide variety of wonderful seafood and about anything else you can imagine. If not in the mood to fish, it's special to watch the deep sea fishing boats come in the afternoons with their catch for the day. These are just a few of my favorite things to do when I’m at Panama City Beach! 🏖️☀️🐚🐬🎣🍤🎏🐠

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I love being able to park right outside my front door, without the need to climb stairs or wait for elevators.
Pirate Cove Villas is perfect to me. It is on the quiet and highly sought-after "west" end of the beach. The location is safe, family oriented, and has quick & easy access to as much or as little activity as anyone would like.
I really enjoy having the beachside patio directly on the sand. The sound of the waves is extremely relaxing and the view is breathtaking! Nearby, there are restaurants, grocery stores, a bank, and other shopping. Just down the road are the Sunnyside Grill, Thomas Donuts, and a place to rent kayaks, paddleboards, or bicycles. It is also only a 10-15 minute drive to Pier Park and a little farther to Downtown Panama City; three very nice golf courses, a 15-20 minute drive to 30-A, a 30 minute drive to Destin, and 15-20 minute drive to the Northwest FL Beaches International Airport.

Being right on the sandy beach & the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is amazing, & it feels like a dream when I’m there!
It really is a perfect retreat for family & friends to unwind and rejuvenate. It is my home-away-from-home and is where wonderful memories are made! My home on the beach is a sweet distraction from the normal day-to-day activities of living! There's something very special about sitting on your private Gulf-front patio or balcony, while watching the dolphins, fish, and stingrays, jumping out of the ocean and dancing in the sun! Just relax & take in the view, as you sip your coffee or favorite choice of beverage!
