Thank you for your kind review! We're so glad the home worked well for your family and that you enjoyed the space. Just to clarify for future guests, the grill and pool/spa heating are optional add-ons, which helps keep the base price lower for those who may not need them. These options are listed in the booking details so guests can choose what works best for their stay. We’d love to host you again on your next visit!

Very well located property! We used it for a Walt Disney family trip. The amount of rooms and beds was perfect. My bed was not very comfortable , we had a memory foam mattress. But that is us, maybe other ppl will like that.We found a vape cigarette in one of the kids rooms. We were not very happy about that. Other than that, our experience was perfect. The garage was an amazing set up for the kids. The deco was cool. The dining room table was spacious but just a bit awkward for our legs.We loved our stay there.

Hi Carolina, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your review and for staying with us for your family’s Disney trip! We are thrilled to hear that you loved the location, enjoyed the spacious setup, and that the game room garage was such a hit with the kids. We sincerely apologize regarding the vape left behind in one of the bedrooms. We wish we had been informed during your stay so we could have addressed it for you immediately! We enforce strict non-smoking policies and high-standard cleaning procedures between stays, so we have addressed this directly with our housekeeping team to ensure thorough double-checks are always conducted. Thank you again for your constructive comments regarding the mattress and dining table. We’re so glad that overall you had a great experience, and we would love to welcome your family back again in the future!

Great stay

Everything was perfect. I only gave 4 stars because the tv upstairs in our bedroom remote did not work and trash was left in bin outside from previous guests so they didnt pick up our trash for the 1st 2 days. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay,

Thank you so much for your kind review, we’re really glad to hear you had an enjoyable stay overall. I’m sorry about the issues you experienced with the upstairs TV remote and the trash. Our TVs and remotes are checked prior to each guest arrival, so we’ll be following up with our team to understand how this was missed and ensure it doesn’t happen again. Regarding the trash, I completely understand how frustrating that must have been. We have followed up with our housekeeping team about the outdoor trash bench to make sure it is properly cleared and reset between guests. We really appreciate your feedback, and we’d love to host you again in the future!

Great and spacious

Great place for a large group or family. We were very happy with property and area. I would suggest more TV's due to some of the rooms not having any. Also we did encounter a few roaches but nothing excessive but I would suggest a pest control visit.

Les points faibles : Communication
For the overall cost there were many things that were overrated. First, we were towed right out of the driveway on day 2 of our stay. There needs to be more instructions on how to park and the strict guidelines need to be posted somewhere in the home or listed on the website. Also, very few towels and washcloths were provided so we were doing laundry every single day. The garbage disposal had a terrible smell and was impossible to get rid of. The upstairs of the home is almost impossible to cool down and stayed warm the entire trip. Lastly, we were told the grill and hot tub was included in our fee, but there was no code provided to use the grill which is padlocked and no instructions on how to heat the hot tub. We tried contacting the host during our stay, but no response. For the cost of this property the grill and hot tub should have been given and worked.

Everything that is listed under the amenities should be include all in the final price other than extras like using the grill (70) and heated pool. It seems a little crazy to have a grill on site if a nice property that was a pretty decent penny and have to pay an extra 70 just to use a propane grill. The pool seemed to be heated by the hot tub and the “ hot tub” wasn’t a true hot tub unless you activated the keys and heat which cost extra and without the jets its just a regular circular pool attached to the rectangular pool. The property needs a new pool table. The sticks were old there was no chalk and the table was as worn down. And lastly multiple wooden slates were missing from under one of the beds for support so one tenant who paid money couldn’t even sleep in the bed she paid for.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We do our best to be as transparent as possible in our listing. The grill fee is clearly outlined in both the property description and our welcome information so guests can decide in advance if they’d like to include it in their stay. The spa is a built-in feature attached to the pool, as shown in the listing photos and description, and operates as part of the pool system rather than as a standalone hot tub. We’ve since checked the pool table and accessories, including the cues, and found them to be in good condition. We also inspected the bed mentioned and confirmed it is properly supported with a bunkie board and in good working order. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if anything is not as expected, as we’re quick to respond and would have been happy to assist.

The home was exactly what we wanted. Had a little problem with a visitor and their parking in the driveway. The resort security never gave us the paper about the parking til after the problem. The car was towed away....within minutes of them parking...which was costly. Aparking.
