La maison est une maison de villĂ©giature et parfaite pour se divertir. Piscine chauffĂ©e! (225 $ / week-end jusqu'Ă  7 jours), 2 feux, barbecue Ă  gaz, cuisine du chef, salles de bains comme un spa, cheminĂ©es Ă  l'intĂ©rieur et Ă  l'extĂ©rieur, vue sur le golf juste au vert ET le patio sur le toit - vous pouvez voir toutes les montagnes autour et puisque nous sommes sur une colline, vous pouvez voir toute la vallĂ©e (magnifique la nuit). En plus des lits Ă©numĂ©rĂ©s, un grand matelas pneumatique auto-gonflable est fourni. À seulement 15 minutes du centre d'entraĂźnement de printemps des Chicago Cubs (Sloan Park). Et Ă  environ 45 minutes des installations de Milwaukee Brewers Ă  Maryvale. Si vous aimez faire du shopping, la vieille ville de Scottsdale est Ă  seulement 25 minutes. This was my family's 2nd time staying at this property and it was just a we remembered it! We absolutely love it! Beautifully designed kitchen with the bar stools that provided ample room for our group of 10 to enjoy conversations as we prepared breakfast each morning. We loved the open floor plan. The backyard view is dreamy and provides the peace you need during a getaway. The pool area allowed for plenty of fun in the sun. There is a nice golf course that sits just beyond the property fence. We traveled for my graduate school commencement and only left the house for that, during our 4-day stay! That is how fabulous this property is. Located within minutes of grocery stores, restaurants, and interstate access, but also secluded enough to be tucked away from it all. The host was very responsive, provided plenty of bedding and bath towels which was great for our big group. Would recommend staying at this property if you plan to travel to the area. This is where we'll stay each time we visit.

We would gladly stay here again! Home was clean - decent stocked kitchen -nice laundry room-bathrooms are nice - house beautifully decorated - We enjoyed the lovely patio and heated pool. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to stay in this area.

Wonderful Again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is always extremely clean and perfect for a large group. There are enough bedrooms. The kitchen is amazing! The pool was wonderful. I hope we can stay here again.

Business and Family Visit

This is a wonderful property and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We were able to have our siblings in the area over for a day of visiting and catching up with each other! Loved the location as it was very easy to access everything we wanted to do. The pool and backyard is beautiful and we loved spending our time there. Communication and response time with the property management was excellent. Would definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again. Thank you so much!!

Phenomenal House and Vacation

We have rented a number of houses over the years in the Mesa area. This was at the top of our list. The owner / manager was also very responsive and helpful. We had a great vacation there.

Fantastic Home!

Stayed here 5 nights to get away for a bit. The house is spectacular and right on point. The outdoor pool area was awesome! This is where we spent most of our time. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the showers in both bathrooms were huge! We will definitely be back, what a great relaxing place to stay

Perfect home for Mesa/East Phoenix area

Great location for golf, stores. Beautiful neighborhood and great views of Red Mountain Ranch GC, Red Mountain, and sunsets from Margarita deck. Property managers quick to reply if needed. This was our third time staying here!

Loved this house!

We stayed here for a week during my husbands golf tournament. The pool was amazing. My kids LOVED it! Wide open spaces everywhere in the house. The golf course behind the house was a beautiful addition to the scenery.

Our Mansion In Mesa

This was an amazing place to stay with absolutely nothing to complain about in the whole process from beginning to end. We rented in this area to attend our daughters wedding in the Superstitious Mountains. This place was so beautifully decorated and set up making for that "At Home" experience. Just wish we could of stayed longer.

Beautiful Mesa, AZ property!

The property is beautiful! The home was clean upon arrival. It's very spacious! Beautifully decorated! My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. My girls ages 8 and 12 absolutely loved the the pool! It was great to be able to get in the pool everyday to escape the heat! The backyard/patio was definitely the Oasis we were looking for! Will definitely book this property again!

Amazing Home / Amazing Views!!

This home was the perfect setting for my parents, husband, and I to meet our son's fiance. We arrived several days before their wedding and had time to meet his new in-laws. The home was a home base after the wedding as we explored the rest of AZ. What a wonderful retreat. Owners were responsive to our requests and questions too. Hope to return soon.

Beautiful clean house that was perfect for a relaxing family vacation

Our family of 6 had a great stay at this beautiful home! We spent most days relaxing in the pool that overlooks the golf course. Everything was very clean on arrival. The house has all the basic necessities and then some. My only complaint, which isn't a big one, is how much cleaning that is required on departure in order to get your security deposit fully refunded on top of the $185 cleaning fee that was paid. Overall, we look to stay here in the future! Thanks!

PERFECTION!

This was our 2nd time to stay at this home and it was once again FANTASTIC! Love the wide open floor plan and the gorgeous view of the golf course right out the living room window! The pool was our best friend for beating the Arizona heat! Loved the beautiful sunrise and sunset views from the rooftop balcony! Upon our arrival our fight got cancelled and we needed to rebook and the host was 100% accommodating to our needs, completely hassle free! The house was well stocked with everything we needed and we felt completely at home! We’re looking forward to many more visits to this beautiful home!

This house is wonderful in every way! The very best feature is the beautiful backyard with the pool, beautiful landscaping, privacy and golf course view; such a joy to wake up to every day! The house is very spacious, open, bright and has high ceilings. It is very well outfitted with everything you need and very comfortable! And the location in Red Mountain Ranch was wonderful! It's just far enough out to be quiet and without traffic, but easy, quick access to the highway for outings to Sedona, Scottsdale, Canyon Lake, etc. Loved the location! The manager was great, too! Quick to reply to any questions and he even gave us an extra hour check out when we asked for that. Highly recommend this house, you will be very happy with your stay!

Great house

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. The house was close to the church and reception site. Was perfect “base” for all things wedding. Also spent Christmas and New Years there so family and friends were over. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen is perfect for a large group that enjoys cooking together. Dryer takes awhile and the oven. Not used to cooking with gas so maybe that’s normal. Furniture is comfy. Views are beautiful and the margarita deck is fantastic. Would be even better in the warmer months.

Relaxing vacation

The house is a great size, we had 6 people with us and it never felt crowded. We spent a lot of time outside and in the pool. We especially enjoyed the pool, it's a great size, not too big or deep. The kitchen is very big and you won't have to worry about having enough space for all of your food. One thing that I want to point out specifically is how comfortable the beds are. When staying in another home for many nights I usually don't sleep that well and my hips and back hurt. Not here, I slept just as good as at home. I am so well rested and had such a relaxing time. The stores and available restaurants are convenient as well, we ordered pizza from Barro's twice, it's very good. We didn't like China Palace though. I would definitely stay here again, hopefully I will have the opportunity to.

Great Spring Break Get Away

The house was perfect for two families travelling with kids. The heated pool was a bonus given the "cooler" weather we encountered while visiting. The home was clean and well stocked kitchen utensils. We watched some beautiful sunrise and sunsets from the top deck. My only complaint is that one of the toilets in the home was semi-functioning. You had to pull the back lid off and pull a plastic hook to flush every time. This was identified on the first day and given the plastic piece was on there it indicates to me this was a known problem that wasn't fixed. The property mgmt team was quick to respond to my inquiry, however this didn't get fixed until our last day of five days at the house. Not a deal breaker, just kind of frustrating/inconvenience of being down to one toilet for our stay and dealing with the ongoing communication/wait to be fixed. We would stay here again, great location and views of the golf course. Speaking of the golf course, they are really close to the tee, so be mindful when in the pool/backyard. One of our guests almost got hit in the head with a golf ball while swimming.

Nice place

This is a very nice rental that met expectations. It is located in a nice and tidy neighborhood, and the Sprouts organic grocery store is a very short drive down the street, as is an In-N-Out Burger and a nail salon. There is big, open wide foyer and an office with daybed is right by the front door, facing the front patio. The two secondary bedrooms are down a separate hall apart from the master suite. The kitchen has a pantry, gas range, and the laundry room is across from the pantry. The backyard faces east, and there is sun back there all day long. You won't have sun back there in the evenings. We enjoyed the small plane traffic coming in and out of nearby Falcon Field. It was like our own little air show. The closets are equipped with plenty of hangers. The home had a few books and local magazines. If you enjoy puzzles and games, bring your own. There is a little free library down the block, and there are a few playgrounds within walking distance. My 10 year old son loved that the owner marked all of the light switches. He thought that was going above and beyond and wanted to leave a tip. Loose thoughts: So many towels!! More than plenty dishes, cups, utensils. Crazy tall ceilings! We saw a coyote trot through the golf course! Don't go for a walk outside past dusk - we encountered javelinas more than once!

We currently live in the Milwaukee Wisconsin area. Anne is a Pharmacist and Greg is an Engineer. Both graduated from Purdue in 1994. We love to travel and two of our favorite places are New York City (Manhattan) and the Verde Valley (Sedona/Cottonwood). Greg is originally from Billings Montana and Anne is from Villa Park, IL. Anne hobbies are scrapbooking. Greg likes to golf, shooting sports, and boating.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We both love the East valley. Love to hike around the Superstitions and the fantastic weather. Sure beats the -10°F as I write this (LOL). Greg’s parents winter in Apache Junction from Montana. We have visited yearly since 2007 and just love the area. Greg also plans a golf vacation to the valley in February every year.

Our property is right on the Red Mountain Ranch golf course. Las Sendas Golf Course is next door (one of my favorites!). Longbow Golf. Close to golf courses in Scottsdale and Fountain Hills.
Great restaurants nearby are D’Vine Bistro & Wine Bar, BT’z Pizza Grill Sports Bar, Red White and Brew (Pizza), Kneaders Bakery
Zushi Japanese Bistro, Desert Peaks Grille, 5 R Cha Thai Bistro.
Activities and places to check out: Krazy Air Trampoline Park, Urban Jungle Fun Park, Goldfield Ghost Town (Apache Junction) Lost Duchman State Park. Saguaro Lake boat rental, salt river tubing, No Snow Stand Up Paddleboard Shop.
