Welcome to our family Rental! Me and my brother are happy to invite you to our apartment on Miami Beach.

Imagine you wake up and the first thing you see from your bed is the ocean.

This is our place and an exclusive opportunity to experience Miami Beach at its highest.

This apartment is located right on the beach, next to the Ritz Carlton Hotel on Lincoln Rd, the famous street with all the shops and fun things to do.

We are always one text away, to make sure that you have a pleasant stay.

The space:
Our rental can comfortably accommodate up to 4 Adults or 2 Adults and 3 kids.

The apartment features modern amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, 3 flat screen TV's and air conditioning to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

Our fully equipped Kitchen has everything you need to cook a delicious meal, glasses, dishes, a dishwashing machine, a toaster and a coffee machine.

The Living Room is the perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring the city. You can enjoy the great views of both, the ocean and the city from your big balcony, as well as from your sofa.

The Bedroom also has a view to the ocean and 2 Queen beds where you will have a comfortable sleep at night and great views in the morning.

The Office is an exclusive part of this apartment. We haven't found yet another apartment in this building with an isolated Office room where you can fully focus if you decide to take your work with you.

We take great pride in offering a clean and safe environment for our guests and have implemented strict cleaning protocols to ensure your comfort and safety.

Guest access
We want to make sure that you feel like you own this place, so you will get access to use all the amenities of the building, including the free Valet Parking, Pool and Gym with a gorgeous view to the ocean. You also get chairs and umbrellas on the beach at a discount, exclusively for the renters at this condominium.

Other things to note:
330 days minimum rental. All contracts needs to be signed due to the condominium regulations.

Per Condo requirements:
a) No pets allowed.
b) HOA requires a Tenant approval from TenantEvaluationDOTcom. $50 screening fee for each tenant (over 18 y) will apply once your offer is accepted. Tenant is responsible for the application fees. Online application takes up to 10 business days to be approved.
c) Free Valet Parking included in the rent.
