We have a beautifully furnished 4 bed, 2 Bath home with a Brand New Main Bathroom and new flooring in several rooms. We have everything you need to escape and enjoy a relaxing break.
Enjoy our Outdoor Sun Heated POOL, or BACKYARD PUTTING GREEN- Turn on the misters and play a game of Corn Hole, or stay inside to play Billiards, Arcade, gaming systems or watch a movie -
You won't be disappointed.
Bring the whole family, or your favorite travel companions, and have a fun getaway. We welcome your dog to stay with you but we do not allow accommodations for cats. For the safety of our guests, as well as the property, there are exterior cameras covering the driveway, front door, side yard and backyard over the putting green.

We had a wonderful time. Your house was amazing.We had several people visit us and everyone loved the house, pool, and putting greens. It was very hot when we were there and the house kept us comfortable. Also loved the coffee bar. Would stay here again. Michelle Green

I rented this lovely home for the month of February 2026 and highly recommend it! With its four bedrooms, it was a great size to accommodate quests. My favorite space was the backyard with its comfortable furniture grouping, gas grill and privacy fence. The host was absolutely outstanding in her responsiveness and communications.

Home was well-maintained, updated, and very clean and accommodating for the guests. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint was the weeds in the front yard taking away from the curb appeal and first impression.

I’m glad our home was enjoyed and accommodating for all the guests. I’m so sorry about the weeds. We just weeded the whole yard 1 week before your arrival, but with the historic rains we didn’t realize they had already gotten that bad. We always want our guests to enjoy all the spaces on our property.

Host was a great communicator from the start. The check in process was smooth and easy. We appreciated the extra touches like a snack basket and extra toiletries. This always an excellent stay for 2 moms, 2 baseball teens (they shared the bunk room and loved that they were bigger beds!), and a little sister. Close to the P83 area where the tournament was so we didn’t have to get up early, great food around, lots of retail and groceries around for forgotten items, quick in and out of the area making the long drive easier. Rhiannon was super responsive and flexible, and the house had everything we needed! Moms even got to walk loops of the circularly designed neighborhood in the mornings. It was just a great weekend.

I’m so glad the house had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. We love providing nice accommodations for a variety of group types and sizes. The location is one of our favorite things too. So close to so many things and yet still in a quiet neighborhood.

Spring Training with Family

This place is perfect for spending time with family. The house had several great gathering and private space. The house was stocked with everything we needed, including a snack basket and a coffee bar! Rhianna was super helpful and responsive before and during our stay. The beds are quality memory foam. I would say they were comfortable, even though they took a bit of getting used to.

Stadium Sanctuary

We traveled to Peoria to catch the Arizona Cardinals v Chicago Bears game. Rhiannon’s home was the perfect place to share family time and connect pre and post-game. We appreciate the clear communication of the host and the convenience of the location!

Everything was lovely. Very much appreciated the book to help with check in items and check out procedures. A suggestion : if the master suite had one or two hand rails in the shower it would be more accessible for handicp clients. Might I suggest

Great house and location

Super convenient location in Peoria. Clean and well furnished, nice little backyard area with patio, BBQ and unheated pool. Kitchen and baths were a bit dated, but clean and functional. 4 legitimate separate bedrooms and an open floor plan with a nice living room and a pool table. House and host were great and I would definitely book again.

Perfect Fall Ball Stay

We were in town for our son's baseball tournament and this was a perfect property! The house has everything you might need! Very clean, the beds were VERY comfortable, and a great place to unwind after a day of baseball! Fun for teens with a putting green, pool table and arcarde game. We will be back if play at Peoria Sports Park again!

Spring Training

The host goes above and beyond to make feel like your at home. It shows with the attention to details, pride of ownership shows. The house is spacious, and has an wonderful outside area as well. Booking and checkin was easy and all communication was excellent. We loved the proximity to the baseball fields, shopping and restaurants. We booked for next year already!

We are in Arizona often and Im always looking for rentals. This by far was one of my favorites. We were 6 minutes from Peoria sports complex which is so important because we go back and forth through out the day. The house itself was just what we needed. Plenty of room and activities, super clean, but what we loved the most is the cupbards were labeled. That was awesome! Ive never seen that before. Lastly, our host Rhiannon, was so accommodating, friendly and detailed. All of these things made it a great experience. Thank you Rhiannon.

A Home Away From Home

A nice spacious and relaxing place to stay.... definately giving the home vibe! With family coming in from out of town I didnt have the room to accommodate them all so i went with a rental and believe me it wa the best choice i made and my family sure enjoyed the room activities provided and the pool. Although it was cold they enjoyed it anyway! With a minor issue with the house alarm that would go off every now n then and tvs only in living room and master bedroom with no cable...we didnt mind it was worth the stay. Also Rhiannon was always a text or call away if we needed help for anything and responded quickly to fix anything if we needed. So thank you for the stay it was awesome!

We had a wonderful stay! This house offers so many amenities to really make it feel like a home. Lots of room to enjoy different activities and excellent communication from the host! We were in town for spring training and the location in relation to where the Mariners & Padres play is outstanding.
