Pool table, shuffleboard, foo's ball table, ping pong table, cornhole. Great location. 1 Mile to Peoria Sports Complex (Seattle Mariners/San Diego Padres Spring training facility). Minutes to plenty of shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. 12 minutes to State Farm Stadium (NFL-Cardinals) & Top Golf! We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. All of the game room games were in good shape and fun to play. The pool was nice and the back yard was quiet and private. We were in town to visit family and would stay again in the future.

Fantastic communications and instructions. House in top shape. Pool and gaming extras were perfect after baseball games. Super close to Peoria ball fields. Everything was straight forward and clear, creating a perfect stay. Highly recommend!!

Best House We Ever Stayed In

We have rented many houses and this house was by far the best. The owner is amazing and does all that he can to make the process seamless. We will definitely rent this home again the next time we come to Arizona.

Absolute Paradise!

Family of 6 stayed here and it was the best VRBO rental yet! Host is very responsive and house is wonderful. Beds are comfortable and the pool is heated to perfection. Will stay again the next time we are in the area !

Wonderful getaway experience!

We had a such a fantastic time here! The pool and backyard are great for kids and there are so many fun activities to do inside if the weather doesn’t cooperate! Perfect setup for a family, we will definitely stay here again next time we can get away :)

House was clean and well stocked. Great customer service with quick responses. Pool was huge and warm. Lots of games and things to do at the house. Good location close enough to Sedona Scottsdale phoenix etc. would stay here again.

Since we’ve downsides we needed a place where my kids and grandkids could have a fun place to stay and this is it! All of the amenities (swimming pool, ping pong, pool table, foosball and shuffle board table) were used extensively. Everyone was comfortable sleeping, watching tv in the great room and eating at the dining table. The house is stocked with plenty of pool towels and kitchenware as well as being very clean. The hosts were very friendly and answered any questions promptly. We hope to return.

So happy that we rented this house. Location was great to explore the Phoenix area. House was fantastic. Our kids loved all the games and the pool was a huge highlight.

Family Friendly Home Convenient to West Phoenix Attractions

Brought my young son on his first Spring Training trip and this house was not only convenient to many of the ballparks and top restaurants, but also an attraction unto itself. We loved the accommodations — 3 bedrooms, nice baths, big kitchen/living room, laundry room, garage — but he loved the foosball, pool, ping pong and shuffleboard tables. Recommended place to stay, great communication from host and easy check-in.

Family Staycation

We had our family in town for my daughters graduation and wanted a place that we could all stay and spend time together. This place was GREAT! Perfect location for our family, close to the graduation ceremony. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I will 100% book staycations here again.

I just retired the end of January 2022. We have used VRBO a few times over the years and decided to buy a home in Peoria and try our hand at hosting. We live in Tacoma Washington where Cindy was born. We both wanted to spend more time in a sunnier climate. We have two boys and 5 awesome grandchildren, ages 2 to 10 (we want more!!).

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose this property because of the backyard and pool as well as the layout of the house. It is a nice quiet neighborhood and so close to the Mariners spring training facility as well as a tremendous number of shops, stores and restaurants. We felt this would be a convenient location for our guests.
