Welcome to Hale Kope Kai by Gather! Step into paradise and stay in this luxurious oceanfront residence in Kailua-Kona. This custom-built, two-bedroom, and two-and-a-half-bathroom home boasts stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and can comfortably accommodate five guests.

This exquisite home offers the perfect space for socializing with friends and family, thanks to its high vaulted ceilings and open-concept living room. You can relax on the couch in front of a large flat-screen tv or invite everyone into the kitchen that boasts beautiful granite countertops and an oversized island.

Soak in the stunning Kona sunsets each evening while you step onto the picturesque lanai and drift between indoor and outdoor living. Enjoy cooking dinner on the barbecue grill and taking in the breathtaking view while dining at the oceanfront pool table.

Relax in the main bedroom, featuring a luxurious king-size bed with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Kona property

This is a great place. Unfortunately, with only food debris left in the kitchen trash can, there was an infestation of ants. Nothing was left on the counters and no cooking was done during our stay. The ants were in the place when we first arrived. We did not know they were there until we climbed back in our car and found the ants were all over us. Good Luck.

This is our third time at this home - For us the location is A+ - In the listing they highlight "Jacuzzi Tub" while there is a Jacuzzi Tub there it does not work, It did not work in June 2022 either. The Pool was very cloudy, prop mrg said it was safe to go in, but we did not use it this time as there was no reason the water should not have been crystal clear. Also there is some mold in the shower in the master bath. These items will not deter us from re-booking, but since the cost almost doubled from 2022, the attention to details should not be overlooked. Again the location is A+ and the views are incredible

If you like surf sounds!

House was very quiet with a quiet location. If you've ever stayed elsewhere on Ali'i Drive, you know it can be noisy. House was very clean. Check-in and out was easy. Location was good with easy access to major roads. House was very stuffy when checking in, but the ocean breeze and AC units made quick work. Had all the appliances, kitchen tools and equipment that you would need. We would stay there again.

Idyllic Setting and Beautiful Home

While tough to find on the street (address and mailbox are obscured by neighbor's mailbox) the property is gorgeous and well-appointed. I had to solicit the door code rather than receive it just before our stay, but property management came through. It's a wonderful home and we found ourselves exploring less and hanging out more at the place.

A nice, relaxing week away...

We really enjoyed our stay for the week. Property was located close to town and yet felt secluded and open to the sights and sounds of ocean. It also served as a good home base as we explored the island. Early morning coffee on the deck overlooking the ocean and a glass of wine with the beautiful sunsets made the trip extra special.
