Welcome to unit #215 - Tequila Sunrise! This waterfront condo located in the heart of Rockport has many extras that we just know you will love! Nestled on the second floor, this condo is on the end of the building which only adds to the quiet nature of this home. Close to the stairs for easy access to the pool and hot-tub, it's also in close proximity to the grassy picnic and BBQ area –perfect for grilling up the catch of the day or walking your furbabies (2 dogs maximum)! Laguna Reef does offer luggage carts and there is an elevator, so getting personal items up into the condo is a breeze!

If you are looking for a wall-to-wall water view, this is the perfect spot for you! A full non-obstructed view of Aransas Bay welcomes you as you walk into the living room. The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee while starting your day off with the perfect 'over the water' sunrise. The living room is bright and cheery, decorated in colors reminiscent of old Mexico. You will find the high-end sofa and loveseat to be ideal for that late afternoon nap or gathering the family together to watch a movie on the flat screen tv. A variety of books and games will certainly keep you busy.

The bar height table and chairs not only add to the comfort and practicality of the home but were purchased with that water view in mind--- no need to skip the view while enjoying lunch or dinner! The kitchen is well appointed with basics, plus added small appliances – there are many extras in here, making it ideal for planning and preparing a large holiday meal.

This condo has a 'family suite' with one king bed, and a set of bunk beds. Complete with dresser and TV, as well as white noise machines for anyone who is an easy sleeper.

Outdoors on the patio, you'll find that the seating arrangements were added with just as much thought. A comfortable sofa and two side chairs ensure there's room for everyone. Bring your binoculars for birdwatching or spotting dolphins!

Laguna Reef offers a crystal clear swimming pool for all ages, a hot tub for adults and a 1000 ft fishing pier for anglers of all ability levels! Located just south of downtown Rockport and the Heritage District, you are within a ten-minute walk to several restaurants, bars and shopping. Within a ten-minute drive is the local HEB and Walmart, a variety of tackle and bait shops, and the coastal bend's best seafood restaurants! Rockport Beach Park was named the #1 beach in all of Texas, and it offers a long sandy beach complete with Palapas, boat ramp, bird watching, great fishing spots, party pavilions and a saltwater pool!
