Family Reunion Estate for 23 with pool and incredible island views.
Wake up to an incredibly wide sunrise view looking across an endless sea of marshland to the St Marys River and Cumberland Island. Enjoy the afternoon by the backyard pool oasis and massive deck. Have drinks at night in the great room. This house can sleep 23 people. The location is near downtown in the second oldest city in the US. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the Cumberland Ferry. Fernandino Beach is only 1/2 hour away.
The house worked great for a family reunion. There were lots of beds and areas for eating and games. The view by the pool was beautiful and there were lots of floaties and pool toys for the kids. The house was only 15 minutes away from Walmart and a few minutes from the town. We enjoyed some museums and shopping in the town. We would definitely stay here again.
Our family of 15 enjoyed our stay very much. The house was more than big enough for all of us. Had every appliance, dish or pot and pan we needed. The yard backs up to the marsh and the sunrises were beautiful. The yard was so nice we decided to take our family photos there! The house is within walking distance to the historic downtown area. There are restaurants and bars that my kids went to. My son-in-laws found a place to rent golf carts. We used them to drive around the neighborhood to look at Christmas lights.
The property was fantastic and just what we needed with 21 total guests. The kitchen was well stocked, and the property was clean and nestled in a very quiet neighborhood just a 15-minute walk from downtown St. Mary's where there is much to see and do at the waterfront. The manager was extremely accommodating and she responded to every question promptly. Our grandchildren loved the pool and the room that slept 8 so they could be together. There is plenty of space to go around and we loved the two long tables that could easily seat 10 guests each. We would come again. Watching the sun rise off the balcony is absolutely wonderful too. Be sure to take a trip to Cumberland Island if you come but make reservations in advance. You will surely love this property. Shopping, fabulous restaurants, rich history, Pickleball courts nearby. Pool in the back yard. Who could ask for anything more.
The property was just what we needed! Loads of room, a place for the kids to be by themselves, plenty of bathrooms, and a kitchen that was well-stocked and easy to cook in for the group. We had 21 people of 4 generations and we had everything we needed.
My name is Steve and along with my wife Marie and my brother Jim and his wife Shari we so enjoy making a vacation place fun and unique for guests. Our desire is to create a incredible space that helps families enjoy their time together, making memories that will last a lifetime.
This property has the most incredible sunrise that you will ever see. The second story porch is the perfect vantage point to look over the march, the water, Cumberland Island with its wild horses and mansion ruins of the Carnegie family and Amelia Island with its shops and ocean beach.
The house is incredible. It has so much room. At first guests will get lost with its so many rooms. Each room is decorated in a separate style from a kitchen galley, to a Victorian living room, to a planes, trains, and automobile great room. Many of the paintings are original oil painting.
