Les points forts : Arrivée et emplacement
Big space and everything labeled. There weren’t enough shower towels or toilet paper for the 14 people when we checked in, and the pool features were not working (pool light, fountain, etc). We had to message the host each time to turn on the spa and waterfall, which led to random visit from the property manager when we were having a private dinner outside. Pool vacuum wasn’t even working so there was a ton of leaves and debris at the bottom. In a great location far enough from neighbors

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the spacious home, the great location, and had a good time overall with your group. We were honestly surprised by the 4/10 rating, as the concerns mentioned were relatively minor and our team responded whenever assistance was requested. The spa and water features are remotely controlled, and our property manager stopped by only to assist with the pool concerns. We always take guest feedback seriously and will continue improving the smaller details, but we do feel the overall rating does not reflect the experience described in the review or the quality of the home.

Very nice home, hosts were very communicative. There was a mix up with check in times and cleaners still being there. Some amenities are not available that are shown in pictures. Shower door was broken. The hot tub bubble/heater feature is controlled remotely by them, so that is a little annoying to have to message them to turn it on. The house shows some sings of aging but if you don’t mind some minor wear and tear, it’s a very quiet spacious property that you and your family will enjoy. The beds were very very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied.

The house is great! We thought the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. We stayed as a large extended family for a wedding get together (near by), so we didn't do any cooking, but it was nice to all fit in the house and hang out together in the evenings.

This house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving away from home. The pool and pool table entertained the kids and the hot tub and patio was the perfect hang out space for the adults. The large open kitchen made it easy to make large family dinners and enjoy meals together. Couldn't have asked for a better place, thank you!!

This spacious house is beyond amazing. It is exceptionally clean and well stocked to make your stay fee like you are at home! It was home to our family of 16 for 4 nights. It was magical at moments. Plenty of room for every one of us. The host was so attentive. They provided constant information and answers to our questions within moments. The small deficiencies were dealt with immediately. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

Beautiful home that is perfect for a family get together. Rooms are spacious and easily accommodate larger groups. Host Jimmy is very responsive and helpful. This place has everything that you need for a wonderful family gathering. Why stay in 4-5 hotel rooms when you can visit and enjoy the reason you are on vacation together. This house has so much more than the nicest hotel has to offer! Our family was in town for our daughters’s wedding and the family room, kitchen, game room and spa couldn’t have been more perfect. I encourage you to make memories in this beautiful home— we did!!

Great size and Location

The communication with property owner was fantastic. They even went out and bought a crockpot for us before we got there. Our requests were answered quickly. The location is amazing. Just 20 minutes from the beach and halfway between LA and San Diego. The kids room upstairs has plenty of beds for the little ones, and it worked great for us. Wonderful stay!

Our stay was very enjoyable, as the home is fantastic! Sometimes property photos can be a little misleading, but not the case at all with this property. The property/home is every bit as nice as it appears in the photos and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in the home and there was plenty of room for all 9 of us as well as 2 little dogs. The entire home was very clean, including the kitchen and bathrooms. There was one bathroom that had a leak in the shower (where the showerhead connected to the pipe coming from the wall). To avoid a potential mess, we just weren’t going to use the shower because there were multiple bathrooms with showers so it was not too detrimental. I let the host know of the leak just so they could repair it after we left, but within a couple hours of reporting it, the host replied and had an individual come and repair the leak with no disruption to us being in the home. The shower was usable the rest of the time. I was very impressed with the prompt reply and resolution of the issue. This home/property was fantastic inside and out, as the outside has a large and beautiful pool with a hot tub overlooking the pool, and plenty of patio/seating areas to enjoy sitting outside (which we did every night), and it was all in great shape.Prior to arriving for our stay, whenever I had questions (about the use of the pool/heater), the host was very prompt in replying, which was great for planning. Definitely worth it and recommend this property/home!

Dad’s 80th bday family vacation

It was a perfect place for a home away from home celebration of our Dad. Plenty of beds, plenty of bathrooms, plenty of fun! Pool, game room, hot tub is a little on the warm side so we didn’t let little kiddo in too much. And we had doggos. The yard is perfect and included a dog run bonus! We would stay again!
