Located just north of the stunning Sand Hollow Reservoir lies Pecan Valley—an up-and-coming, resort-style community designed for adventure and relaxation. Now open, Pecan Valley Resort features brand-new water amenities including a wave pool, lazy river, waterslides, and pool, all designed to deliver fun for guests of all ages.

We’re thrilled to share that our vacation rental guests have been graciously granted access to these amenities—with up to 12 complimentary wristbands per day, available at the front desk (waiver required). Additional wristbands can be purchased at a 15% discount, exclusively for vacation rental guests. This optional activity is the perfect way to cool off and make memories during your stay—whether you plan ahead or decide to drop in and soak up the fun!

Amenity hours are currently 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, Wednesday through Monday, with closures on Tuesdays for maintenance. The waterpark will be closed for the season from November 1 through January 31; however, the clubhouse—including the arcade, restaurant, golf simulator, cabanas, and spas—will remain open. Additionally, a new parking lot is under construction and is expected to be completed by the end of December.

We want to advise you that during this time, the Pecan Valley Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. Nice getaway place

It's a beautiful home in a beautiful area with plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great but definitely was the highlight of the place.

Wonderful place to stay. Suggestion would be to put a refrigerator in the garage. Not enough space for 23 people and food

The property is well laid out and many of the rooms are nicely appointed. The kitchen had many of the items needed for basic use and plenty of space. there is a separate laundry room along with a huge and very clean garage. When we arrived and for most of the days of our week long stay, there were water (and small chunks of ice ) that had been dropped out of the air conditioning unit vent in the ceilings and the primary bathroom, primary bedroom, and one of the other bedrooms. Hot water in the house is provided by a tankless system and several times the other bedroom (not the primary bathroom ) had issues with not being able to have hot showers. The outside pool deck area was covered in with a red dust which was explained to us by the property managers is a continual problem with local construction. While we were there the spa needed to be repaired and was done so a few days after our arrival. Communication with the property managers was very good and I did feel like that they were very attentive to our concerns. Apparently there had been a storm a day or two before our arrival and that added to some of the red dust mess both in the pool in the spa and the pool deck. The house itself along with the neighborhood did feel extremely safe and was fairly quiet.

Hard to leave the home with the heated pool!

Wonderful home, clean, nice new neighborhood. Pool and spa were used all day. Fun game room for the kids. Only down side a little far away from dining.

Just what we wanted

Immaculate, spacious home. Clean. Modern. Extremely well stocked and prepared. Extremely close to Sand Hollow. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Well designed to suit adults and kids alike. Will book again when returning.
