Situé en plein centre de Puamana, cet appartement se trouve à quelques pas du centre historique, de la piscine en bord de mer, de la piscine des dauphins ou de la plage. La véranda arrière s'ouvre sur une vaste zone de ceinture de verdure privée offrant un cadre paisible pour se prélasser au soleil ou faire un barbecue. La chambre principale offre un espace bureau séparé, un lit queen size et la climatisation. À l’étage supérieur, il ya une chambre en mezzanine pleine grandeur et un coin salon de 28 pieds sur 14 avec un canapé-lit queen-size et un ensemble de jumeaux près du climatiseur. Cette unité est entièrement équipée et prête pour que votre famille profite d'une retraite de vacances merveilleuse.

La plage de Puamana est saisonnière.

Check in was seamless and location was ideal! Property viewed on line did not represent totally the age of the room. Maintenance handled all request in a very timely manner. All in all we were happy with our stay.

For the price this was a great option for our family

For the price this was a great option for our family we loved being able to walk right out to the beach and surf, use the pool and have a little place for the kids to use and run around on the grass.

Puamana Paradise

What an incredible experience staying in Puamana! The kids were able to enjoy the pool and the beach, great to surf at Hot Sands and the sunsets are unreal. Awesome experience!

Maui vacation

Good location, clean and comfortable but outdated, window a/c in bedrooms but nothing in Livingroom or dining area, mouse running in house, washing machine leaked. Only one pool open. But we had a great time.

Cute place, great location

We stayed with my mom, husband and two toddlers 1 & 3 year olds. It was large enough that we never felt cramped. It appears they are slowly upgrading and the upgrades that have been made look really nice and the older portions are still nice just aged a bit. It wouldn’t impact your stay. Location was nice and easy to setup as a base camp and still go out and explore. Beaches that were near were nice and we spent quite a bit of time at the pool on property. Would stay here again!

Fiest time hear

The rental was in a great location and easy to get to. Close to ocean and city. The condo was nice but needed a bit of upgrading. The stove markings were worn or hard to read, bathrooms outdated and could use a little work.

Wish I would have asked sooner

Near end of stay I received a message to let the manager know of anything that should be addressed. They promptly brought out an AC unit for the upstairs loft, which was very warm with just fans for our stay. I wish I would have asked sooner….

Pros and cons

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Need to spray for bugs again we saw multiple cockroaches and a dead mice in the master bath room. We expected bugs but not multiples and not a dead mice. Pros and cons The place was great for our needs. Yes it's older and can use some updating but we are in Maui to visit and do some sightseeing, not sitting in our rental. The extra fans were helpful, but having a better ac unit in the master and having one in the living room would have been wonderful. Beds could be replaced. The master is stained and the others were uncomfortable- especially the fold out. Hanging out in the family room was uncomfortable because of the humidity. Sitting on the couch was miserable because you stuck to it or slipped around because your all sweaty. The property outside was beautiful and peaceful. Never felt unsafe while we were there. Nice ocean/beach area and access.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Puamana location is ideal, and is a very special and unique neighborhood. Although the homes are dated, most are kept up and maintained and one can see pride of ownership. 80-3 is not. My understanding is that one of the owners has passed, but to keep renting this unit at the price charged is a disservice. The first impression and indicator of what is to come is the front door. It is a disgrace and one could pick up a used door that wasn’t falling apart. The home also has a mold problem. Some of us are allergic to it and I was sick the whole time with sinus and cough. The bathrooms were not cleaned very well-hair and dirt in corners and on baseboards. On the upside -it is so convenient to pools and ocean. The lanai was nice but when the umbrella fell over in the wind, there were hundreds of ants living under the stand and scurried all over the tile. But after a while they went back under to their home and the birds kept them in check. Overall we had a nice time but wish the home was in better shape.

Great location

Great location. Townhouse needs updating

We had a great time staying in the unit. It is close to downtown Lahaina and steps away from the ocean. The pools are amazing and we felt very safe. The only downside is the townhouse is in separate need of a facelift. It’s a wonderful place and was clean, but everything is very loved. This could be a stellar unit of it was updated and brought into the 21st century.

Lots of bugs, WEIRD, needs lots of repairs LOOK ELSEWHERE

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental company demanded that I pay $50 for damage insurance, when I got to the place discovered there was unrepaired damage everywhere you look - carpet holes, missing panes of window glass, rotten countertops and missing blinds. RIPOFF!!! Bugs EVERYWHERE - Cockroaches large and small live and dead, ants, earwigs, a giant millipede (frightened a girl), lots of flying bugs. Holes in faded (couldn't make out original color) 1970's era carpet. Weird shower only half the water went to the shower head the other half went through spigot. A tortuous recliner was so old (or more likely found by side of road) all the foam had broken down, sitting on it for 10 minutes caused sore legs, it needs to be thrown away. Also, the recliner is full of bugs. Lots of marks on the walls and doors, needs paint. Rotting countertops left what looked like sawdust on the floor. Dishwasher precariously installed, nearly falls out when the door is opened. $2500 for 6 night stay too much. I'm a tolerate person, but this ****** place cast a weird shadow of gloom over our very expensive vacation. Owners locked up bikes and surfboards that we could have used and that appeared to have gone unused for months/years based on levels of dust/grim and corrosion. Gas grill was so corroded it barely worked, was a struggle to get hamburgers and hot dogs to cook. No pot-holders for the oven UNSAFE!!!. The cheapest/crappiest plates and utensils you can imagine. Electrical outlets so old (circa 1970) plug would not stay in them, had to lean different things against them to get phones to charge. NOTHING WAS RIGHT ABOUT THIS PLACE. ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** ****** ******

Do not choose this unit

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were placed in this unit for part of our vacation due to a rental mix-up (not our issue). I'm not sure if this unit is rented regularly, but it should not be. It appears to not have been updated in the last 40 years (literally!) and is seriously shabby and grimy. It is marketed as a 2-bedroom unit, but the second bedroom is really just an attic with a bed in it: no windows (small skylight), no closet, reeks of decades of dust in the very old carpet. It's in an acceptable location, and could be cute with a complete remodel.

Great place except for insects

Overall it was an amazing place to stay at for our vacation, very comfortable.. only major issue we had was the roaches, ants and termites all over the kitchen and bathroom sinks.. we came across a dead roach on a bed pillow upon arriving.. Besides that, overall it was a great place to have our vacation..

Certain Puamana condo is absolutely disgusting

Very unsatisfied! Condo was extremely dirty. Showers had black hair stuck to all walls. Bugs covered kitchen counters. Windows missing. Cockroaches throughout. Dishwasher full of black dirty water, emanating foul odor. Will never stay at this location again. VRBO will not allow me to post unit number. Be cautious!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this unit knowing that the unit was outdated however upon arrival it was worse than expected. Generally, I can make the best of things in order not to complain but when we saw a rodent in the unit that’s when I had to call into management. Surfaces were dusty, sofas smelled of sweat and odor and had food, crayons, paper stuffed under cushions, patio and grill covered in bird poop, old tire on the patio etc. I enjoyed the grounds and amenities of Puamana but unit 80-3 is in dire need of a good cleaning, de-clutter and attention to deferred maintenance.

Relaxing stay in Puamana

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was organized perfectly, we had all the information in advance how to enter the complex and the house, it was clean and the stay was nice and relaxing overall. The house is old and needs updating but everything was functioning properly and we have not had any issues with anything. The biggest disadvantage is that there is no access to the beach, only swimming pools available. The complex is beautiful and well maintaned.

Main tv doesn’t work correctly, exhaust fan in bathroom sounds like it could fall out at any moment, a/c units upstairs are very loud, dirt on all baseboards, and sliding screen door would barely roll open.

Townhouse in gated community near ocean

The unit has a good location within the gated community near to all three pools, which are clean and well cared for, and easy ocean access. The unit is not updated (a little tired) and the second bedroom is actually the open loft upstairs. There are many owner (?) items in the unit like playpens, carseats and children's bikes located in the loft. The outside lanai is well appointed with a new barbeque. The internet, to which television service was associated, had a tendency to cycle on and off but when it was on it worked well. Kitchen was well appointed with a microwave and ample pots, pans, and dishes. Abundancy of towels and beach supplies. T he loft and the small office area in the master bedroom both had functioning air conditioning and fans to circulate air. The in unit washer and dryer worked well.

Very quiet and very safe location. The pool by the ocean was very nice! Location was convenient to everything.
