Welcome to your coastal escape at Amelia South J3, perfectly situated on South Fletcher Avenue with spectacular, unobstructed ocean views. This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation.

Step inside to an open floor plan where the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen flow seamlessly together—each space designed to capture the expansive views of the Atlantic. Sliding glass doors invite you out onto the balcony, where you can sip morning coffee or unwind to the sound of the waves. Fresh paint and new LVP flooring throughout add a clean, modern feel to the entire unit.

The primary bedroom features a plush King bed, TV, closet, and its own ensuite bathroom, along with stunning views you can wake up to each morning.

The guest bedroom offers two comfortable full-size beds, perfect for family or friends.

Your stay includes access to the oceanfront community pool, and the convenience of two parking spots. Whether you're here for a peaceful beach retreat or a fun-filled getaway, this Amelia South J3 condo has everything you need for the perfect vacation.

Fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper (1) per bathroom, paper towels (1), trash bags, and a sponge.)

Two vehicles is permitted.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this property. The view can’t be beat! Easy access to the beach. Very nice condo - comfortable for two couples to share. Easy drive to downtown Fernandina downtown. We will happily stay here again!

Short getaway for Memorial Day Weekend!

Friend getaway

Loved the property. Steps from beach and pool. Close to the elevator and steps too. Plenty of parking. Nice beach restaurant with live music across the street. Condo was clean, decorated nicely, and stocked with all shorts of starter items. It was only a four day weekend trip and we hated to leave. Would definitely stay again. Not disappointed at all!

A little disappointed

The photos on the VRBO site were not indicative of the unit's condition. The master bedroom door had wood missing, and the master bath had some of the finish missing on the cabinet door. Windows in master bedroom were hard to open. All in all, the master suite is in need of renovation . The coax cable cover in the den was hanging from the wall. The kitchen was fine. Nothing to do with this particular unit, but we will not return to Amelia Island unless something is done about the terrible taste and smell of the tap water. I literally could not even brush my teeth with it (used water we purchased), and even the smell of the water when showering was overpowering.
