Beautiful townhouse completely renovated consisting of two floors: 1st. Floor - living room all in vinyl flooring with two sofas, a 55-inch TV, a dining table with 6 chairs, a complete kitchen with utensils, a dining bench and 3 stools. Master bedroom with king bed and private bath. 2nd Floor - 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed with two full beds and a bathroom with two sinks and a bathroom that serves these two rooms. West Lucaya Resort, great condominium very well located on the corner of 192 with easy access to restaurants, Walmart, Publix, CVS, Walgreens, convenience stores, etc., the condominium is 12 minutes from the Disney parks.
Guest access:
The guest has access to all the amenities of the clubhouse, as well as the pool, fitness, kids space, etc.
Other details to note:
1. The following items are left at the house for your arrival: 1 shampoo, 1 rinse cream, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers in each bathroom. In the kitchen 2 bag and garbage, 2 dishwasher soap, and a paper towel. In the laundry room 2 soaps for washing clothes.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHES due to hygiene issues.
I suggest that if you stay more than 2 days go to Walmart and shop for cleaning and bathing.
2. In all bathrooms we leave bath towels, hand towels for the number of guests that the house can accommodate.
All beds have sheets, duvets and pillows.
* We do not replace bed linen and towels during the guests' stay, all of our houses have a washing machine and dryer.
3. If you need a crib in the unit, please always request it 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability.
4. PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.
5. We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the house after checkout, please, when leaving, carefully check the removal of all your belongings and suitcases from the house so that there are no problems.
6. We are not responsible for purchases made over the internet by guests, if there are shipping problems. We are not responsible for belongings left in the house, please check all your belongings when you leave so you don't forget anything in the house.
7. If the guest checks in after 11.00 pm, he will have to contact us and let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements for the check-in.
8. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
9. TRASH DISPOSAL: Garbage must be thrown in the condominium's damster next to the clubhouse in a white plastic bag, leaving no rubbish accumulated in the house or empty boxes, subject to a fine.
10. Please do not remove or move furniture and decorative ornaments from the original position of the house without prior permission, subject to a fine.
