Four spacious bedrooms with 2 kings and 4 twins are designed to meet your dreams along with 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite ) , large living room where you can rest with the whole family watching smart TV 60" or swimming in the swimming pool or just relax in the spa. The open plan living area is fully furnished with a full suite, giving direct access through the alarmed patio doors to the pool area.
The living room TV has a PlayStation 4 for your entertainment.

Our luxury south facing private pool and spa are bathed in sunshine all day and is surrounded by a large patio and a covered lanai for your comfort. The deck is furnished with chairs and table, egg chair and sun loungers which allow you to lie back, relax and enjoy the Florida sun.
We also have a BBQ that you can rent for $75.00 for your stay, if you would like to do some outdoor cooking.

A beautiful fully equipped kitchen, with dining table and breakfast bar, including all appliances of washer, dryer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, waste disposal, fridge freezer, cutlery and cooking utensils. The dining room seats 6 and there are 2 bar stools.


Free WiFi, air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, new linens and towels, washer & dryer, 3 hair dryers, 6 televisions, etc., etc,...

HOUSE RULES:

-NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
This is also a Resort policy. Noncompliance will result in immediate termination of the reservation, without refund and eviction process will immediately commence. Furthermore, there will be an additional charge of $150 per day per unauthorized Guest that is detected.

-NO SMOKING
You can't smoke inside the house.. In case of non -compliance, a $300 fine will be charged.

-NO PETS
We do not allow pets and the default carries a fine of $ 300

* POOL/SPA HEAT can be added to your booking. Pool/spa heat is $35.00 per day.

*The spa will not heat up if pool heat is not added to your stay.
It may take 24 hrs+ for the pool to heat up.
Please note the pool pumps have a safety mechanism to prevent overheating during cold weather conditions, when working. This leads to a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality in a safe and efficient manner.

* BBQ RENT is $75 per stay and should be requested and paid before the arrival.

* Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.

* Electric vehicle charging is at owners' discretion and is prohibited at this property unless specifically agreed in writing before start of rental period. Fees will apply


Within 5 minutes walking distance from the Villa is an Irish bar with live music on the left of the High Grove Gate entrance.
McDonalds is just a short walk away, left outside the gate of our community.
Also within walking distance is Cagans Crossing with many eating places, a great English restaurant & bar called Friar Tuck, Sr Tequila Mexican restaurant, I love NY Pizza, Saffron Indian restaurant, etc.,
On the other side of the road, you will find Kentucky, Burger King, Chili's, Waffle house and Taco Bell.

Walmart, Publix and Aldi supermarket where you can find good quality things on reasonable prices are only a few minutes away.

You also have the Margaritaville Water Park Island H2O nearby on the 192.

The HIGH GROVE RESORT CLUBHOUSE is just a 3 minute walk from the Villa. It offers a fully equipped Gym, Large Pool with Hot Tub, mini Golf Course and Games Room, access to computers, fax, and copies ALL FOR FREE USE WHILST OUR GUESTS.

For those with a late flight, the High Grove club's team will store luggage for you, so you and your family can enjoy all the amenities for your entire last day - even after you leave the Villa.
