Notre propriété est idéalement située dans la communauté de villégiature fermée et tranquille d'Encantada, à moins de 8 km de Disney. Universal et Sea World sont également à proximité. Vous allez adorer ce paradis tropical et tout ce qu'il a à offrir. Non seulement vous avez votre piscine personnelle dans votre véranda, mais vous avez également accès aux deux piscines communautaires, bains à remous et autres équipements fantastiques ... salle de jeux, aire de jeux, centre de fitness, café Internet et restaurant et bar sur place! Lorsque vous quittez la communauté, vous trouverez une grande variété de restaurants et de magasins dans un rayon de 1 à 2 miles. Il y a des magasins d'usine de classe mondiale dans la région, de nombreux terrains de golf locaux, ainsi que des parcours de championnat Disney. Après une longue journée à Disney ou dans un autre parc passionnant, vous adorerez rentrer chez vous pour vous détendre ici!

Notre maison de ville a été récemment meublée avec un mobilier magnifique et confortable. Vous apprécierez votre grande terrasse et piscine privée (avec clôture de sécurité pour enfants) et vos enfants aussi! Notre maison de ville est parfaite pour une famille voyageant avec des amis ou une famille élargie et peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes. Nous avons un pack et un jeu, une chaise haute et un siège d'appoint pour ceux qui voyagent avec des nourrissons ou des tout-petits. Vous y trouverez tout le confort de la maison et tous les éléments essentiels pour rendre votre séjour sans stress. La cuisine est entièrement équipée si vous choisissez de cuisiner, tous les draps sont fournis, ainsi que votre propre laveuse et sécheuse. Vous allez adorer les nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat, lecteur DVD Blu-ray, ainsi que le WIFI gratuit.

A fun vacation rental!

A well stocked rental with all you need in the kitchen. Plus TP in all 3 bathrooms along with personal towels and plenty of pool towels! The pool was a hit with our grandchildren. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again! Also, ideally located to many restaurants, grocery and liquor stores!

Great stay!

We just got back from our week long stay at this property and it was wonderful! I highly recommend staying here if you have young kids. The property owners have truly thought of everything you need for your stay! The house was clean and the owners responded quickly to our messages. Highly recommend.

The condo had everything we needed to enjoy a week visiting the Disney parks. The kids loved the heated pool. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to make meals. The heated pool was fantastic. The neighborhood felt safe. The property manager answered immediately when we had a question. We would recommend this property.

2024 stay at Encantada

We had the most wonderful stay. The property was as advertised and fully equipped with anything you would need. Natalie was easily accessible when we did need to reach her. We would recommend this property to anyone and hope to return in the future ourselves. Just want to say thank you to Natalie as we had a great holiday.

The property is well equipped with everything you might need for a stay. Good place for a large group or family to relax near the attractions. So nice to have a pool right outside for a quick dip.

Great host & close to Disney!

We stayed for a month. The place was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay here. Host was great and responded to our questions very quickly. Less than 20 minutes to any of the Disney parks. Surrounding area has lots of shops and food options. Loved that it was a gated community so we felt secure. Great private pool right in our patio. Nice Pool and clubhouse too.

Great location, minites to everything!

Extremely clean property, great location within minutes from the parks. Restaurants, grocery store, and target. Natalie was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back to this one!

Great Stay!

Create location close to the Disney parks. We had plenty of room for three generations of our family. The house was very well equipped. Period. We would definitely stay here again. The hosts were very accommodating and great to deal with.

Amazing comfort and location.

I spent 7 weeks with various friends and family. Natalie’s unit had everything. It was lovely and so well stocked! We were able to walk to the clubhouse pool and the location is so quiet and peaceful! Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing host and home! Anchor your Florida stay with this townhome!

The townhome was amazing, extremely clean, close to attractions and provided amenities that I needed for my family. Although we had options to stay anywhere else, the difference was in our host, Natalie. Her quick response to any and all questions we had was incredible. Not having stayed here before, Natalie provided us with the support and assurance that we made the best choice by her actions. We are definitely coming back in the future as we enjoyed our stay in this wonderful townhome and resort!

Christmas at Disney

Spent a few days visiting my Disney Cast Member son who lives in the apartment complex next to Encantata. We have stayed with Natalie before and knew it was just what we needed to enjoy family time. The house is in a great location, is very clean, and has everything we need to cook meals and sit around and enjoy each others company. We will be back time and time again!

All you need when you are away from home

This was our third time staying at this property. Everything was prepared well for our visit. The home was clean and well appointed. Plenty of seating for family and items required for cooking. We truly appreciate all of the linens, this is so much better than the standard two towels most properties provide. The owner is thoughtful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Townhome Stay in Orlando

We absolutely loved our stay in this townhome. The condo was incredibly clean upon arrival. It was easy to find and close to local shops and food which made it easy to settle in on day one. After long days at the parks, we really enjoyed having a pool to spend our evenings cooling down in. I absolutely recommend booking with Natalie if you are needing a space in Orlando.

Excellent Place To Stay With Family

This property was excellent. It was very spacious and extremely well stocked. The owners pay attention to details....even things like nice toilet paper and paper towels. Plenty of towels, pool towels, bedding, blankets, cleaning supplies, etc. The patio and pool were amazing. Excellent area to hang out. They even had tall trees and plants for privacy. We loved that it had so many bedrooms and a bathroom for almost everyone. The bedding was nice, although the beds could have been a little less hard. The kitchen had everything you needed, so no complaints there. We loved that we could bring our dog with us! Its so rare to find a place that allows that! So we thank you! We did find a lot of long, black dog hair around the townhouse (probably from previous guest) but thats to be expected, so we were fine with it! Just a warning if you *dont* have dogs and may have allergies. Overall this was an excellent experience at an even better price. It was close to everything...so perfect! Thank you so much!

What a great place

This is our 5th time renting a home in the Orlando area and this is by far the most well kept and outfitted home we have stayed in. All the furnishings are high quality and in great shape. Everything was clean and worked. What really struck us was how outfitted the home was. We typically travel with 3-4 bins of kitchen supplies and cleaning supplies and this time everything stayed in the bins. There were plenty of pans, a full set of knives, coffee maker, toaster, matching silverware and a full pantry of cleaning supplies. Great home - can't wait to book again. Thank you!

Everything we needed

Overall this property is great. The mattresses though are terrible. I had seen in a previous post another complaint about them and then an updated post that they were better. It appears the solution was to put a mattress pad on the king and queen beds. I felt as if I was sleeping downhill all night. I would not stay here again based on the terrible conditions of the beds. It is a shame too, because this property was perfect otherwise.

February Stay

My wife and I decided to spend our February at Natalie's place as opposed to staying in NKY and we were not disappointed! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone, but there a few things we wanted to pass along. LOCATION * Proximity to Disney (and Orlando proper) is both a blessing and a curse. It was wonderful getting to parks and other venues without a long distance drive, but keep in mind TRAFFIC IS TERRIBLE. This would be true if any property in this area and is not a knock on Natalie's; just something to be aware of and schedule for. * As for the property's location within Encantada, it is about a 5 to 7 minute walk to the clubhouse (or you can drive if you want to save some of that valuable swim time.) :-) Also, the garbage / dumpster is near the clubhouse and takes a few minutes to walk to. PROPERTY * Encantada is a lovely facility, but I would suggest they add some lounge chairs to the pool deck. We found it difficult to find any if we got there after 9 AM on sunny days. The townhouse itself is lovely, but here a few items to know. * If you are planning on working remotely, be aware that the space is not really set up for that. We used a portable folding table and tray table (of our own) to make it work, which was fine, but you will need to do some planning and moving around. * There were not a lot of spices to work with, and it was an interesting mix. For example, there was cinnamon, but no salt or pepper. Not a huge issue, but it's a small issue that I think got overlooked. (The Publix down the street is a GREAT resource.) * We paid for the pool to be heated and beyond one or two days where the water was a bit chilly, it was amazing to have. (Remember, we were there during February.) * Of all things, getting the Blu-ray player to work with the remotes in the living room was somewhat frustrating. After some communicating with Natalie we got it worked out, but it's just a little odd how it works. Natalie was always quick to reply to questions and we very much enjoyed our first stab at "snow birding lite."
