Fun part of Calgary, right on train line (with the windows shut you barely hear it). The unit is very nice. Communication with the management company was a challenge. Parking is an extra charge that we requested and I had to send 3 messages to get the details and spot number. Key pick up/drop off is at a pizza place a block or two away (they didn't mention the proximity). Everything you need to make coffee except coffee lol.
Just as described in the listing. The place was very clean and spacious. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely consider going back if we have to travel to Calgary again.
Overall this was a great place to stay! Large condo in a quiet building close to downtown and across the street from the train.
My only criticisms of the property were the parking and curtains (as other reviewers have mentioned). The listing had parking included but it turns out it was an additional charge. I wish that the owner specified this in the listing.
The bedrooms definitely need better blinds because of the lights from the building next door.
Weâd definitely stay at this property again, if available. The location was great! Centrally located in the trendy area of Kensington and a few minutes walk to downtown and city walking/biking trails. The interior was clean, modern and simply decorated. We had everything we needed for our stay and groceries just around the corner. All Iâd recommend is blackout blinds in the bedrooms, especially the smaller room, since the neighboring building has a bright floodlight that shines right into the room at night. Otherwise, great place!!
This was one of the larger suites in the building. We were well accommodated with an ple stocked kitchen and all the necessities. We love this building as it is professionally managed with high-end kitchen - when we have time to cook. Centrally located, it is accessible to the area we need to be in and we enjoy having the security of the underground parking as well. The rooftop deck is a very nice feature.
