Our home provides everything you'd need for a comfortable stay.
The Space:
Relax & unwind in this wonderfully cozy home. Features include:
- Self-check-in using a smart lock for seamless check-in process.
- 2 Level living w/ plenty of space to relax, lounge, prepare meals and hang out!
- Dedicated workstation with a desk and chair for the travelling worker or WFH
- High-speed internet/WIFI
- Large ROKU TV equipped with streaming services like Netflix, Prime Videos and Disney+ to enjoy movies, shows and entertainment
- Yard and designated parking spot with shared access to 1 guest parking spot
- A front porch with a BBQ for guest use
UPPER LEVEL
- Master bedroom w/ walk-in closet and access to large covered balcony
- Ensuite cheater bathroom includes all toiletries and hair-dryer
- 2nd bedroom w/ closet available for hanging clothes and extra storage
- Open concept kitchen and formal dining area
- Kitchen comes fully stocked and equipped with cookware, utensils, Airfryer, blender, Keurig coffee machine, tea and every-day spices
- Large living room area w/ cozy gas fireplace and bay windows showcasing breathtaking views of Downtown Calgary
LOWER LEVEL
- 3rd Bedroom includes itâs own smart TV equipped with streaming services and channels plus a dedicated work desk and chair
- 2nd bathroom (ensuite) stocked with toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer

The Neighborhood:
The perfect location in beautiful Sunnyside/Kensington. Just a few minutes from the downtown core and a plethora of restaurants, bars and shops - close to pretty much everything! Grocery stores, local parks and tourist attractions are within walking distance. C-train and transit are also walkable.
Peace bridge and the path and trails to Bow River are both nearby and accessible. This central urban scene will not disappoint!
Getting Around:
Very pedestrian/bike friendly neighbourhood. Scooters and bikes avail close by for rent. We provide a reserved parking spot for 1 car - street parking in neighbourhood is permit-only. Pls reach out if you needed parking for another vehicle (paid permits can be applied for).
Other Things to Note:
** No events/parties. Any violation may result in immediate eviction and $500 fine.
No smoking in or on premises including balcony/porch. Please treat the space with respect and be noise-conscious of the neighbours. If anything arises, please reach out and we will take action/steps to remedy as soon as possible.
